My favorite video game soundtrack has to be Simple and Clean from the Kingdom Hearts franchise.

I love most the games you listed( But never played Alice- Madness Returns though, Not much of a fan of horror games. However I love the soundtrack "Flying on the Wings of Steam"). I do agree with you on their awesome soundtracks! (though some of the games I never heard of.)

 

Crap, I also forgot to list the Kingdom Hearts series xD I love those sound tracks too. I actually put some video game songs on my ipod and enjoy the music. IM SUCH A NERD! Lol

I LOVE the Assassins Creed II soundtrack but I also really enjoy the Pokemon Black and White soundtrack. They both just seem really epic to me!

The Silent Hill games have the best soundtracks imo.  I love Theme of Laura and the first game's opening theme.  Final Fantasy games have great music too.  I also love the combat theme from The Hobbit game.

I have developed a liking for the Half-Life 2 soundtrack.

That literally has to be the best techno music I have ever heard thus far :3

 

My favorite song on there is the LG Orbifold BGM

It is literally the best song on that whole soundtrack (that I have heard )

 

Another one would definitely have to be from the Ratchet and Clank series.

That music honestly pumps me up everytime I hear it and it is awesome

 

And then there is the SSX3 soundtrack

Some of the best music I have ever heard IMO is on that game.

Mine's probably "Dearly Beloved" from Kingdom Hearts. It's such a peaceful and soothing song. I love it , and it's probably one of my favorite instrumentals.

Probably Xenoblade Chronicles. Kick ass game, kick ass soundtrack. It's incredibly diverse in terms of pure sound, too. You get atmospheric tracks, reflective, somber ones, and then KICK ASS HEAVY METAL WHOOOOO!

 

Seriously though, it's really good stuff (but obviously I'm biased since I absolutely love the game :<).

Mine would have to be the "Professor Layton" games. All of them have amazing soundtracks. I love the violin, I have put some of the best in the series, in my opinion. Listen to them for yourself.

Super Metroid,Chrono Trigger,FF7,KH1&2,Shadow Hearts 2:The Covenant,Blaster Master,Sonic3&Knuckles,Legend Of Zelda Series.

That's just some of my favorite soundtracks.

I always found that this song calms me.
