Well, while most ponies share the same basic model, there are some who are subtlety more attractive. I got more than one mare that I find attractive, and these are:

1-Celly

2-Luna

3-The hot farm horse

4-Rarity

5-Spitfire

6-Octavia

7-Hottest mom

8-Maud

9-The hot Egyptian horse 

Edit: Almost forgot: Starlight

PD: I could put Sunny as well, but she's hardly seen in four legs

Well, As you can see, I got a whole assortment of mares that make me go...

I think I really love the Starlight's design, her hair makes her look elegant, and she is too, her voice is too sweet and she is a very good pony.

I agree. I don't know how she will look like in the end, because I'm watching the fifth season at the moment. But so far, yeah, she is the most attractive one here for me. But Derpy is also very attractive... I have to think more about it at a later point. ^-^" And honestly, I don't think there are many “ugly” ponies.

The design of the characters is cute in general. 

As for Derpy, well, I don't really know about her personality, like pretty much all the other background ponies. There are the fan theories and such, but not much actually shown on screen.

For me, if not Twilight, it would be Starlight I think. Or maybe Sunset, she looks cool.

Best divine dragon poneh 

 

Actually, all divine dragon horses have the same exotic and mix of magnificent of what you can expect from their source material, with the cuteness of more common pastel horses.  It Autumn Blaze is the only one with an important role for the whole series, so she takes the spot 

 

PD: seriously, Uotapo, Mauroz, Racoonkun, any of my favorite humanized and/or pastel human artists. Where the hell is my human best divine dragon poneh ?

My choice would be obvious, so here is a non-biased opinion:

Cadance.

She doesn't have the typical pony stature and this makes her more unique. The color gradient in her mane, tail and wings - which is also more rare. She has the (in my opinion) best and most beautiful color variety too. Most of the other ponies don't have this kind of variety, not even the main characters. She is one of the few alicorns. Out of all the princesses, she is the nicest. She doesn't have these annoying fights or arguments like Celestia and Luna have. She is also not manipulating, fake or pretending, but honest and pure. All of it adds to her beauty. She has it all. She is a caring mother, wife and friend. She can be strong if she needs to. She is down to earth. And her moments are cute and funny, the expressions more subtle. You only notice if you pay attention, but she makes you discover a world full of wonder. And her first two introducing episodes aired at just the right time. The crew gained enough experience with the rest of season 1 and 2, they were full of passion and went all out with that finale! So Cadance appeared at just the right time, she could only become a fantastic character!

Definitely my number 1 princess by far and most beautiful and attractive character in all of MLP.

Well, seems I have something for mares with interesting and stylish manes. 

G4 mane charcters: Rarity

G4 Side charatcer: Coloratura 

G4 BG characters: I really love all the canterlot boutique unicorn girls, but when it is about the most attractive one in my opinion, than it is Cayenne. From non-CB Unicorns, I find Cloudchaser most attractive.
 

G5 Character: Pipp Petals, the flying Rarity of G5.

This is funny because I am usually not the biggest fan of fashion and styling. But something on this ponies got me.
