You need to try to be annoying for yourself. For example, you can insult yourself or do typical things you do, but target them to yourself. By doing this, you'll know what is annoying in your personality and what to change. If nothing will annoy you, then there has to be something wrong with your family. In that case, tell them they're annoying and ask them for following the instructions above. Eventually everything will get back to normal.
