Pyramid Head from Silent Hill was scary for me. I don't what can be scary from a enemy that looks like he was from a torture chamber, with a sheet on his waist. Everything was scary about him... His waves of monsters was so terrifying that it almost felt sexual, his movements, and just seeing him move his huge sword around. This enemy seemed like how scared I would be if a rapist came to my house.

 

There is probably a enemy in another game that is scarier than him, but he is pretty damn scary.

Creepers suck and the only reason I play lowest difficilty, no prob with other monsters but creepers I hate!
