Discord and Celestia. Angel and Demon shipping is my thing. I've always had the headcanon that opposites do indeed attract, and this notion that a previously corrupt character can be made into one more innocent and vice versa.

Man I've even made a song that I shameless promote because I love this pairing so much.

I could never understand why Spike and Celestia would be shipped. There's LITERALLY NO REASON nor logic for it. These bad shippings are there for convenience. There wouldn't be any good or bad conflict between the two, but rather the pair would just be there for the sake of being there.

 

Fluttermac (Both are reserved characters), RainbowPie (Both have similarly active personalities) at least have some sense. But man, the best ships are those with the strongest conflict amongst the pair (conflict does not necessarily mean a negative connotation though).

I hate to say it but this is kind if my favourite mlp shipping that saying I rarely ship.

Twilight and Flash Sentry is more canon then any other ship with Twilight Sparkle.

 

 

Rarity with either Spike or maybe Fancy Pants is more canon then any other ship with Rarity. Apart from Prince Blueblood or Trenderhoof perhaps, but they are both one sided and in the case of one... that ship was burned by Rarity herself.

 

Honestly in the case of Spike, I think the main thing holding it back him being so young. Yet once he grows up a bit more I feel things can start getting somewhere when it comes to him being with Rarity.

Look, it is a movie put out by Hasbro and as such does have some canonicity... especially since Flash Sentry has now made appearances in the tv show MLP:FiM proper.

Outside of my creepy love bond with a cartoon unicorn, I like Rarijack, Twixie, Rarixie, Cheese Pie, Dislestia and Sombrysalis. My favorite two ships of the ones I've mentioned are Rarijack and Rarixie

That movie isn't canon, and there's no solid proof that two second appearance was him. Do you know how many background ponies have the same color schemes? Besides, even if it was him, the only chemistry they have is deus ex machina plot device. He's more of a match for Rarity really.

hmm... I like CelestiaxDiscord, and SpikexSweetie Belle. SoarinXRainbow Dash works for me, and CheerileeXBig Mac. For BG ponies I like VinylxTavi and LyraXBonBon. My Personal Crack Pairing is Button MashxSilver Spoon, which comes from a Fan Fiction idea I had thats basically the manga 'The World God Only Knows' but with ponies. 

 

But I'm not hugely attached to any of them - The only thing I can't really stand is pairings that make NO sense. Even then, if you can make it make sense...but thats just my two bits.

Fluttercord all the way. The two of them have got chemistry. I see little sparks flying. Also it seems that Meghan McCarthy supports the ship and John de Lancie actually said, that his favourite character in the show, besides Discord is Fluttershy :3

 

 

 

 

Also, I've got a weakness. When there's a ship, where the guy is older than the girl, I'm atomatically like, "I SHALL SHIP THE SHIP OUT OF THIS SHIP!"

SOARINDASH. YES. Well, Soarin's a Wonderbolt...Dash has always wanted to be one...They're both fast, competitive flyers, and they just seemed to connect in Rainbow Falls, if I remember correctly...
