First thing that comes to my mind is Rarity buying all of the city's real estate and becoming mayor after buying City Hall, you know, Fable II style.

Based on what we understand so far, both episodes five and seven have to do with characters involved in the Apple Family. One could assume that these numbers indicate episodes featuring certain characters from that family, a plotline involving them, etc.

Hey now, Rarity has still been a great supporting/semi-lead character in some episodes after Sweet & Elite(Dragon Quest, Ponyville Confidential, and The Crystal Empire parts 1 & 2 come to mind, as well as the recent Castle Mane-ia), so there certainly hasn't been no Rarity, she's always been there for us. Still, I guess we can call 2014 Year of Rarity, totally okay with that.

Rainbow Falls huh... that location was shown briefly I believe at the end of Sleepless in Ponyville, it'll be great to see more of it.

I've been thinking about those numbers that McCarthy posted on her Twitter, And I have a theory that those are actually numbers of episodes. Consider the row of numbers ends with 26 and season 4 is supposed to have 26 episodes, I'm guessing that McCarthy posted these as episodes that are written by her and/or are relevant to Season 4's overarching storyline.

 

And she did say that she considered writing Season 4's finale to be one her proudest achievements, so it'd be logical to assume at least the former is true.

I haven't heard it, myself. I'm going to wait until the episode is actually out before I hear it; I mean, imagine having heard Bad Seed before it came out, that song was awesome.
