Would you make a presentation for your class about MLP?

Maybe. I don't know why I would really need to make one in the first place, but you never know...

If it was to convince my peers to watch the show, I probably wouldn't bother too much. I am bad at presenting things...

The extent of my interest is in things that don't exist.

Or, at least, things that aren't in the basic man's senses

The boy down at the front who seems to be scratching his neck and squeaking his chair is rather distractive. He seems kind of bored and the brony doing his speech was rather kind of brave to do that in front of his peers. I wouldn't really have the courage to speak up and do a presentation of MLP:FIM in front of my classmates.

I couldn't, I'm already bad at public speaking, and to an extent scared of it. And I'm not that good at making presentations anyways. Plus I'm shy.

And also there's plenty of brony haters at my school, wouldn't earn me a very good rep, and would be quite unsuccessful, Expecially since I'd be terrible at making one.

So no, I couldnt do this.

I wouldn't call myself brave, but I am an open brony, and as part of several speech clubs; I have and will continue to give speeches on MLP.

He did fairly accurately cover ponies and bronies - congratulations to him!

My best pal (hi @NeonDinosGoMeow), during Speech Night, debated for MLP to be required viewing for all children in school in front of a live audience.

Myself? I would totally do it, just to debate my (admittedly unintelligent) classmates.

I would, given the proper chance. I would have nothing to be scared of because everyone I know, knows that I'm into that "stuff", as they call it. I have the great ability to add humor into things that would normally be boring, and are able to make fun of myself easily.

No I wouldn't, it's just not an interesting enough topic for me to put time into an entire presentation on it. However if I ever did a presentation on internet pop-culture or how memes and subcultures go viral (which I have considered doing before) then I would definitely use MLP as an example.

That boy is my hero. Never in my entire life would I ever do something like this. I can't even make a presentation about anything without feeling scared and just plain nervous because of all the people watching me. So, I couldn't imagine making a presentation about MLP.

What a soldier. I have so much respect for him.

I wouldn't, I don't even like standing around large groups of people, being on stage or doing a presentation to people.

Though that said, I did do a Panel at a Furry convention on MLP, I guess I was ok with that because I knew a lot of the people, and 95%  were already bronies...and there were two pegasisters helping me.

I would without a doubt be able to give a presentation about it. Although the circumstances would have to be right for me to have my topic be MLP:FiM. I'm very confident in public speaking and I feel I wouldn't have trouble doing it because I make sure I know what I'm talking about before I start speaking.

I've watched many other students do presentations similar to this regarding MLP and all I have to say is Great Job! Be confident in what you love and don't let anyone hold you back!

Sig made by me. Surprisingly it came out somewhat decent.

I would be able to if I either had to or for whatever reason wanted to but with how many people have already done that it seems a bit played out and though I am not ruling it out completely I probably wouldn't due to that and the fact I really don't like making a big deal out of ponies anyway. To me it would be no different than making a presentation about any other interest with the exception of it being more likely to get trolls to well troll you than many other interests, but I have yet to see any sort of reason for me to do it myself though I won't make a big fuss if anyone decides to do it.

Like EarthbendingProdigy, I would be able to do a speech for this, but I don't really know why I would. There isn't much point in doing something like this as it has been done many times before. Plus, I have yet to encounter an opportunity to do something like this in my school career. Not that there is anything wrong with doing a speech on MLP; I enjoy them, and I admire the bravery of the people who do them.

I used Facebook (with Ponyhoof) to show off a gallery and people giggled at Pinkie Pie viewing the slideshow as well. It made my art presentation fun, but in terms of MLP as an actual subject, I'd do it, but I don't want to make it a subject where I can just talk about why ponies are awesome. lol

Probably not.  The reason (I think) that other people do that is because nobody who doesn't know them can really be sure if they're trolling or serious :P

Possibly. It all depends on how fitting MLP is to the presentation topic. If it's a presentation on introducing something that is completely misunderstood in society, I might consider it. I'd definitely try my best to make my presentation a good one, since I don't want to give people the wrong idea of MLP and bronies. If I could pull off a presentation half as good as the guy in that video, then I'd be happy. :)

I just have a few things to say:

1. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

2. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to do this, mainly because I no longer attend public school.

3. That guy has guts. Kudos to him, and everyone else who has done this.

Here endeth thine post.

People who say "Nothing is impossible" are morons. I've seen it done on too many occasions to count!

I totally would but it is just that my class have to deal with lots of subjects and stuff and I guess it would be just a waste of time. I would go for it if we had some time or if it was asked to us to do a presentation.

I sort of did one for my school. But it was voluntary to come. It was mostly teachers coming to find out why we all loved it so much.

In that case I probably would do it, I mean why not? If people actually want to know than I am happy to answer their questions and if trolls come than well the jokes on them because I don't care what they think.

Public speaking isn't something to be scared of. I mean, honestly. It's pretty sad - statistics say that the #1 phobia in America is public speaking, even before death.

I would much rather be the one giving the speech at the funeral, then the one in the casket, but hey, that's just me.

This guy deserves the biggest of brohoof of brohoovs. I need to send this to my mother. She judged every man at the last con we went to before she even talked to them.

Now who is this man? I must marry him as soon as possible.
