movies/tv Worst thing ever spoiled for you?

Recommended Posts

This can also apply for books and videogames, don't mind the prefix.

What is the worst thing anybody/anything has ever spoiled for you in anything?

Anything that happened in Dark Souls was spoiled by a friend for me. Especially Solaire's Death. R.I.P. Sunbro. ;A;

Most of Clannad was spoiled for me as well. Again, the deaths were spoiled. Ushio. ;A;

On a chat at another forum, someone had the balls to spoil Halo 4's ending when it first came out, so freaking pissed when that happened

One game comes to mind really.

Dead Space 3

Culprit: My brother

I was almost done with the campaign, I really had no clue where it was going, but he happened to mention in a text that:

You fight the goddamn moon.....thanks so much for ruining that you fight the moon of tau volantis. It made doing it about 50% less cool.

The biggest spoiler for me was probably... Twilicorn! :P I know there was a lot of anticipation and everyone expected it to happen but it was still disappointing because I didn't get to watch the episode until much later.

Oohh I have quite a few in Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Tara's death was spoiled for me by a Tumblr post, though this didn't stop me from sobbing and not watching Buffy for a week because I was too upset

Along similar lines in Angel

Fred and Wesley's deaths were spoiled for me, by the same Tumblr post (it was Whedonverse deaths if you were curious)

A tumblr post about Clockwork Princess spoiled (wow Tumblr has ruined a lot of things for me!)

Will's death for me, though the context of which wasn't mentioned so I had no clue it was after he lived a full life and was in the epilogue, though I still cried like a baby because it was just such a beautiful scene with Jem playing the violin and then holding his hand as he died and I just cried my eyes out.

AGAIN WITH TUMBLR SPOILING THINGS in Supernatural

Bobby's death was spoiled for me

And an Amazon review kind of spoiled Looking for Alaska for me.

About a year ago I was runnin' and gunnin' with a friend in the Gears of War 3 campaign. We were about to start chapter 3 (so relatively early), and someone joined the party and said

Did Dom die yet?

and then left. The nerve! It made the scene some much less emotional for me!

The fact that Snape kills dumbldore.

Lets see... My brother indirectly spoiled the entirety of both border lands games for me as well. But I chose to watch him.

And that's all I can remember at the moment.

Ocarina of Time. I was halfway through and my friend told me that

Sheik is Zelda in disguise

I then proceeded to head but her in the ribs.

I spoiled the end of casino Royal for someone. I didn't mean to, I thought everyone knew James Bond's origin story!

This:

The recent finale of Doctor Who was accidentally leaked to America a week early due to a shipping error. I hoped no one would spoil it, then I logged onto Wikipedia and found this:

River dies, the doctor's name is never revealed, Clara enters the doctor's timestream - This has been brought to you by the GNAA

I hoped it was just stuff they made up but when the episode aired it turned out to be true, and I was really annoyed.

I saw "Scary Movie" with a friend, and there was a reference in it to the surprise ending of "The Usual Suspects."  I had not yet seen that movie, and my friend spoiled what happens.

When I was a kid, someone spoiled the reveal of the true identity of faceless character in the movie "Dick Tracy."

And as someone else mentioned, I wish I could have seen "Magical Mystery Cure" without knowing the ending.

"Oh yeah lol did you know Snape Kills Dumbledore!"

Well not until then.

Someone even told me that Voldemort dies.

Someone...th- they spoilt... The Walking Dead video game's ending. I went full rage mode on them. We didn't talk for about a week.  I had spent so much time thinking about the characters and their outcomes and then that happened.

A reviewer totally spoiled the Dark Knight Rises ending for me. I was so mad at them, I downvoted the video and went off on a Hulk Smash Rage. (minus, you know, actual smashing.)

Massive MASSIVE Harry Potter spoiler coming right up!

When the last book came out I borrowed the book from my friend who had bought it already. When he gave it to me, he (for some reason) told me that Snape was a good guy and Harry named his son after him. By the way, we're not friends anymore.

I had The Dark Knight Rises spoiled by a friend. And I was REALLY looking forward to seeing it for myself. I've probably had a bunch of other stuff spoiled that I can't quite remember.

Also, I couldn't wait for Bioshock Infinite to come out back in March, and whilst looking at a trailer, I saw a YouTube comment that I thought spoiled the game. However, after finishing the game, I discovered that the comment was a fake spoiler that had nothing to do with the real ending, so when I finished the game, I was still like "WHAAAT?" xD

All of season 3 of MLP  ALL OF IT!!!!

because I watch it a few hours after it airs (being in the UK I have to wait till its on you-tube) so some jackass would always spoiled stuff in the status updates on the forums or I'll be chatting with some friends on skype and they'll mention it.

Whats even worse is when they immediately say its my fault for getting spoiled. :(

TWILICORN! It would have been so much cooler if I had gone into that episode blind and not anticipating Twi's transformation. I happened to see leaked pictures and episode info while looking up MLP stuff on Google.

Then my friend spoiled some HUGE stuff for me about the Cirque du Freak series for me.

Mr. Crepsley's death!! :( I read that part when Iot to the book and I cried ALOT but it wasn't the same :( She spoiled another character's death for me and that the main character's sister had a kid with his enemy. SO MANY SPOILERS!!
