least favorite i dont really have a least favorite but id have to honestly say applejack. I sometimes feel she is only there to say southern phrases lol. it gets annoying at times.

 

of course they are "background ponies" that i dislike more but i tried to keep it as main character centered as possible

Mane Six wise I am quite the contrary to the OP. My favorite pony of the set is Rarity, whilst my least favorite is Rainbowdash.

 

Rarity impresses me through not only her grace and poise, but her elegance and form of art as well. She is a true artist among ponies.

 

As for Rainbowdash, I never took to her personality. She's athletic, fast, fun and challenging, but when matched to the Mane 6, her personality falls flat to the others. In my viewpoint, anyways.

 

To add, my favorite pony out of the entire cast is Applebloom, if you hadn't picked that up already.

Rarity is just an adorable marshmallow , Fluttershy's split personalities are hilarious , the personality test says Applejack, my favorite episode is a Twilight episode, and Pinkie... well she's just Pinkie. Although, after much deliberation, Rainbow Dash is just a hair better than the rest, simply because she carries the devine ability to increase the aesthetics of anything by a factor of one fifth. If you disagree, well...

My favorite pony is Trixie. I don't know why, but I liked everything about her character. She has a very cocky personality, which seems to be something fairly rare in ponies. While rainbow dash also has a rash personality, it just doesn't really appeal to me in the way that Trixie does. Her colour scheme really holds well together, and I absolutely loved her hat and cape~

Edit: I almost forgot to mention, she has (In my opinion) the coolest cutie mark EVER.
