    I think considering he's a baby, he is very well developed. you cant expect babies to be highly complex characters involved in every part of the action. in fact absences make sense with his character due to his sleep and dietary needs. what is wrong with troublshoes and mystery magic cure? why did they ruin cutie marks? i'm lost on this point

    I think there should be some subdivison in the all about the show forum. It seems as there there are so many topics it is impossible to really look at them all in an organized manner. An extra layer of subdivision into subforums may help people find what they want quicker

    If done right, all main characters going alicorn could make the show last longer and be better. But only if it is done right

    Actually being disabled myself, this is exactly what I want to see, because it is how I often am myself. Showing someone trying hard and derping it up isn't making fun, it is showing the reality of what being disabled is like. I am in a sports organization for the disabled with people who are nearly exactly like Derpy. Characters like Derpy who show the truth of the matter are much more relatable and thus inspirational beacuse we can see ourselves in them. This is why the disabled should decide what is offensive to them not people "speaking" on their behalf. Personally I think it is ridiculous how overprotected my people are against reality, it isn't helping anyone with anything. On the other hand, I love a good laugh at my expense due to my disabilities because it helps releive the tension of living with it. So even if it was poking fun I would still support Derpy because laughing at myself actually helps.

    I actually see the ponies themsleves as the elemnts not the gems. The power is given unlocked for the first time by the jewels but in recent episodes they have eused it despite returning the jeewles. so the pwoer is within them not the jewels. and when they die it will be passed on to the next chosen ones as it passed from celestia to them the only way to permanantly destroy an element is to kill the pony while they ae in their corrupted form. Mabye that is what discord was planning in the maze, becaus ehe successfully corrupted them then after that he would kill the ponies riding the world of the elements. Kinda like an if the avatart dies in the avatar state type concept for last airbender fans

    Actually , I never thought of her as disabled until I learned about the controversy then heard rumour it was made canon. I'm just speaking as though she represents the disabled because that's what people have used her as. Personally I'd rather have slurs used gainst me than to have people try to "spare my feelings" with words like special or otherly abled, euphimisms tick me off like nothing else. (ironic considering they were made to "protect" people like me)

    I'm mentally challenged (part of my brain is missing) and I love Derpy. I think she needs to stay derpy. I am more offended by euphimisms like special or otherly abled than derpy or retard. At least the person who calls me derpy or retarded is being honest. Plus I see Derpy as a hero for being so relatable to the truth of what it is like to be menatly challenged, wanting to help but derping it up. So I guess I am saying I'm derpy and I'm proud to be so.

    The alicorn thing is simple. its a device being used to speed the show to conclusion, possibly a good thing for fans if that's what needs done to keep the show from getting so old it goes bad. Derpy should never be removed or un-derped! this is heresy!

    I don't know about anybody else, but when I heard derpy being derpy was controversial I was shocked. I am both physically and learning impaired myself. If derpy was meant to represent the disabled then she should be over-derped rather than un-derped. Underp-ing him is basically saying the disabled are nto woth putting on TV which I take offensively. Plus derpy is an inspiration and hero to me as she is so persistent despite her ditzy doo behaivor. She tries so hard to be helpful and I commend her for that. So for me it is long live the Derpster!

    I think she's the perfect ruler. Despite being American I admire Monarchy when the leader is good to the people such as in the case of King Arthur. lus she is so chill. She actually seemed amused by pinkie pie stealing her muffin in the one episode. Also she invited the spirit of chaos to the gala, no more need said, she is supreme over all other ponie leaders.

    I'd love it. celestia and luna need t retire and a council of six students of the ways friendship would be a perfect government type to replace an absoloute monarchy. btw where is king and queen? are celestia's parents dead or is celestia creator of all?

    Derpy. I love her presistence and perserverence despite her derpyness. It is a real inspiration. Having mental troubles myslef (I have a partial brain) I identify with how hard she tries to be helpful while still getting in the way.

    I think we need a way to establish episode "types" and use those as templates to make sure everyone gets even screen time. An example of a show i think is like this is Spongebob. There are the krusty krab episodes, annoy squidward episodes, general havoc and destruction episodes and jellyfishing episodes. Some type suggestions I have are 1. CMC, cutie map, 2. focused on particular character, 3. focused on popular parings of characters, 4. princess twilight episodes that focus on her royal duties and focused on background characters

    I love all the character' humour. Though in a certain way i find Celestia the funniest for inviting people to the galla depending on how amusing they would make it. she is not very princess like (while i consider luna to be more true princess like) and thats why i love Celestia
