    I prefer physical media in most things. I used to have a massive library of books, well over 500 NES, Genesis & SNES games combined, and so damn many VHS tapes it was sort of ridiculous the amount of shelves we needed to keep them all on. However some stuff happened and most of it was all destroyed, the rest that was salvaged was given to other family or sold or donated. A couple of things are in storage though. In books, I really cut back and concentrated on just authors I truly enjoyed or books series I really loved. With games I have a lot of PS1, 2 & 3 games, as well as quite a few Gamecube and Xbox games... but by the PS3 era I was wavering from gaming, and have pretty much went digital since. I still like the physical mediums, but am not a huge fan of trying to make space for them all, especially when I do not actively play with them, and being as I don't mess with consoles much lately it is just easier to go digital for me. As for movies and music.. I don't have a large collection of DVDs, but I do have a few. I am not a huge fan of movies anymore, and tend to fall asleep watching them, I would prefer though to have the physical medium over a digital version all the same. And as for music, I do have a ton of CDs still, since I went into a hoarding phase with them for a while.

    So glad they revisited this holiday in Equestria. I really enjoyed this episode... Discord and his usual antics, but also trying to help Big Mac in his own way. Big Mac actually talking and not just whispering and doing "eyup"s Lyra and Bon Bon confirmed The whole Skelenore routine The only thing that seemed unnecessary to me was the CMC subplot that just pulled time away from the main episode. IMO, that would have served better as an episode all on its own and not shoehorned into this one. It in no way ruined the episode or even really hurt it, just felt pointless... well, except for the part where Sweetie was speaking to Snips and Snails... that was priceless.

It is my duty to inform you that I am the real Twilight Sparkle, and you are a magical doppelganger that came about due to Pinkie convincing me the mirror pond was actually a day spa. Anyway there is more than enough room in Ponyville for all of us, but you are expected to sign up for watch duty so in case of monster attack, one of us can be on call to deal with it while the other Twilights are on vacation.

    I see you like S7 enough to list it twice. 4 still has the most episodes overall I heavily liked, but I really can't stand the overall idea of rating seasons as a whole. I either like an episode or I don't... or I am neutral about it and forget it later.

    Because it gives us something else to watch that is not just the damn Flintstones and Scooby Doo. When it comes to animation, the west is notorious for still thinking it is just for little children that they will grow out of by the time they are 5... and it is in their best interest to keep every series as safe and predictable as possible to protect their little minds from harm. Even the shows most of us loved as kids (or still do) were often heavily handicapped by these rules and regulations we imposed on ourselves. This even includes really good shows like MLP. Anime basically said "NO, people (Adults and children) like different things, and we can make cartoons about all of them"

    It wasn't that bad. The AJ/RD stuff was annoying as hell, but I kind of liked the parts with the students. All the little scenes with them helping and supporting each other and working together was pretty cool. And even though poor Yona could have drowned, it was awesome seeing Ocellus and Silverstream with no hesitation leap into action and rescue her. Even though the one side of this episode sucks tremendously, the teamwork of the students pulls it back some. Also, the one scene with Yona will remain priceless for a long time to come.
