    I bought my Rainbow Dash from build a bear today and i love her, will definitely be going back for Pinkie Pie. The staff were amazing, they made making her so special and she's gorgeous. Im snuggled in bed with her right now and she smells like bubblegum.

    I bought three new blind bags, and got Bon Bon and Rainbow Dash by looking at the codes, and chose a random one out that turned out to be Twilight Sparkle. Also a big box of cookies. I got a Twilight and Spike t-shirt a few days ago I made into a girly halterneck.

    I really hope this addresses Scootaloo's lack of flight. We already had it touched upon when Rainbow Dash flew her around at the end of Slepless in Ponyville, it touched me because I knew that RD was helping her to feel the dream she could never achieve for herself. If this was addressed directly it would be amazing, really introduce a more mature and serious dynamic to the show.

    I always just thought it was because Rainbow Dash, when looking for a present for somepony else, would automatically gravitate towards things she herself would find cool and useful, rather than what somepony else would prefer. Not out of direct selfishness, but just because she wants them to have something she thinks is awesome. I guess instead of boxing it up, the animators decided to put a bow on it because of the irony of having something for working out having a pretty little yellow bow on.

    Awwwe thank you <3 Although he is a little meanie he does show kindness sometimes! I was watching Hurricane Fluttershy today whilst I was painting and he was brushing her hair while she was upset. <3 It's little things like that which show me even though he can be a spoilt little bunny sometimes, he does look after her when she needs a friend.

    Firstly, and most importantly, remember this: Your Mum is trying hard to make you happy by getting you things she thinks you like. She's gone to the effort of buying you pony balloons; despite it not being the exact ones you want, she has still tried to make you happy. So, be grateful! If it's not the exact ones, still be happy that she bought you ponies. Thank her for the effort she has been to. Getting the wrong Gen of ponies doesn't make it a bad birthday. Explain gently and kindly that it's the new gen that you like. Explain who your favourite characters are, and show her pictures. And Happy Birthday! ~

    I finished! However, I scanned her in and it completely ruined the colours. Here's the scanner version. I played with the colours but this was the best I could get, the watercolour effect is completely ruined. And this is the version I took with my phone. The colours look great but it's slightly blurry so the detail is a little lost. This is the version I took on my camera. I think it looks the closest to how it looks in real life, but I just wish the scanner captured it right. What does everypony think is the version I should upload to dA?

    Hey, just so you know it's your turn However, I've tried a few rough sketches of this and I can't get it to look quite right. I think it's because I feel like they're acting really OOC (particularly Octavia, I know we don't know much about them but this seems really unlike the behaviour she's previously exhibited) and I was wondering if you'd like something else? Rather than giving you something I don't think looks very good, I'd rather give you something that looks good in the end. Ok, I know this took forever but here's the colour version! I'm sorry this took so long, you know how backed up this thread is. e.e I hope you like it!

    Oooooh, interesting. I hope Rarity does get her own episode soon, and the third in would leave plenty of space for the opener and getting PonyVille back to normal after whatever happens, happens. I feel like even though Rarity has had a moderately sized part in a couple of S3 episodes, it will feel unbalanced if she doesn't have one early on because of how long it's been.

    So today I started off my Easter picture, I have new pens and thought this would be the perfect time to use them! It's not finished yet, but I thought you guys would like to see my progress. I'll probably end up watercolouring this one. I hope you like how she's looking so far!

    I started off with a huge men's shirt, and I made it into a cute girly halterneck! You can't see in the picture very well, but I braided the neck straps too, it's super cute now! The writing reads "I don't always watch cartoons, but when I do I watch My Little Pony"

    How strange! I'd keep it if I were you, it's pretty cool. It might be a way of marking batches or something, but I have no clue why they would pack up the ones that have been written on.

    Alright everypony, I had an idea today. I was thinking about little items of merch, like blind bags, stationary, that sort of thing, that sometimes are hard to get in certain places and tend to have a lot of variation. Well, seeing as we're quite a tight-knit community of people spread all over the globe, I thought it would be awesome to exchange merchandise with each other. If there's already a thread about this, I apologise now! I thought if anypony's interested, we could have care packages we could send to each other. Those of us that are interested post in this thread, and we pair up. Then agree on a rough spending amount, like say £10 or something. We buy £10 worth of pony merch and put it in a package, and send it to the other person. Then you each end up with a complete surprise, you could get stuff you can't even get hold of in your country, or something you've seen around but never got around to purchasing. I think this is a really sweet idea. This is NOT a trade thread, by the way. Would anypony be interested?

    My parents are completely cool with it. My mum watched "Mmmystery on the Friendship Express" with me and thought it was awesome, and thinks the brony movement in general is really interesting. My dad thinks its funny and has driven me to shops when I'm desperately looking for new merch, and he's trying to get on in-jokes. I explained the whole Derpy thing to him and now if one of us screws something up we joke that we "did a Derpy Hooves". My parents are totally cool about it really.

    I got paid today! So I treated myself. Been considering a Sunny Rays brushie for a while, I think her colour scheme is gorgeous. Found the Zecora trio which I just love, and two new blind bags! So I'm super happy with my purchases.

    I cut up drinking straws to make rollers! Dip her hair into just-boiled water and comb it straight, then roll it up the straws and grip it into place. Do this with all of her mane and tail and dunk her in hot water again. Leave overnight, take the rollers out and poof her up a bit. Presto!

    I went into Build a Bear in Manchester today and I saw one of each on display... They look AMAZING!! I'm so excited, Ii was dead cert I wanted Rainbow Dash but now I've seen how adorable Pinkie is I kinda want her too. Ugh descisions!!!

    I must admit I'm disappointed about the ticket costs. I'll have to have a good think about it! I was certain I wanted to go until I saw how much it cost.
