I just really like how the animators do them. They bobs up and down rhythmically as the pony walk just like she's using industrial grade glue wax

Though the mane is such a great way to make ponies unique.

Ponies - especially pegasi - are utter perfection in every possible meaning of the word. I really don't like singling out any body parts, because I find their entire beings so indescribably wonderful, but if you were to twist my arm, I'd go for the face, ass, and hooves.

Everything in general but the top spots are: Ears, Hooves and....I'll just keep number 3 to myself, wouldn't want to thicken my list with too many story details and random unforseen changes (hint hint, some of you older peeps might wanna go stop your noses..... I blame mother nature and the unforgivably weak organ in the center of my chest and both shirt sleeves.... ) and number 4 is my weakness, the bane of my brony existence, those that which struck me down in my anti brony prime... the eyes (Especially beautiful big sapphire blue ones (Rare is the wielder of the eyes that doomed me to bronyism (on the other hoof as an in general thing the list is all Rarity (cursed logic)))

My favorite is definitely wings (specifically pegasus wings). I love the cute and cool feathered wings the pegasi have, and they definitely make a character better looking. Plus, wings are not only great looking, but also really fun and useful.

The runner ups are the mane and the tail. These two aspects help make a pony really cool and unique. Mix a good mane/tail design with a good color scheme and a nice pair of wings, and you got a great looking pony.

Of course, I can't forget about the face and all of it's features (eyes, ears, mouth, nose, etc). Pony faces are super cute, and they can make plenty of great expressions.

I selected everything. The FiM ponies are the perfect creatures and are unbeatable! It's not an exaggeration when I write that I like every aspect of them.
