Or, perhaps, i would just continue to be Pinkie Pie, because if i am Pinkie, how would i know that i am me, the me that is here? How would i know im doing anything different from the Pinkie i know & see as me here, if i am her there? In the end i may not do doing anything "differently", because i am Pinkie Pie.

I would be Twilight Sparkle and study the diverse field of Public Health including its history, where I would use that knowledge in policy making to make sure rates of disease, mental illness and violence (be they inter-personal, self-directed, collective, passive or structural violence) to its bare minimum which would -- among other things -- make for a society that is safer and healthier to live in. (Going to be hard to top Equestria though...)

 

I would also send Spike to school and hire other ponies to do the tidying up.
