general Have you ever tried clothes for the opposite gender?

I haven't tried on women's clothing (though I do have plastic pearls that I wear in private from time to time), but considering I'm struggling with my identity, I really want to.

I'm transgender male to female, so I have worn both. Mens clothing makes me feel uncomfortable to the point of feeling a little dead inside. But I think that's just a result of having to wear them for the sake of keeping up appearances over the years. Skirts, blouses, dresses and heels all the way for me when it comes to what I want to be wearing.

Um... Is it meant to be normal:D

Yes. If anything arbitrary restricting certain clothes to one gender is the actual weird thing.

Also, I find it a bit odd that you would find cross-dressing to be "one of the weirdest things humans do". After all, how is a man wearing a skirt any weirder than, say, a 16-year-old guy liking friendship is magic?

Only if it's a unisex otherwise, no.

FiM is meant for all genders, unlike clothes made for a specific gender. I don't see men wearing skirts outside everyday. Everypony has their own opinions, so no need to start a fight or judge me for mine. Society has their views on things as well.

Also, I want you to please stop watching me and whatever I post. I barely even know you.

And now that you even bothered to look at my Life Advice topic, you should know better than to argue with me.

Except it's not. Big Jim has gone on record saying that it's targeted towards little girls. Not that there's anything wrong with people outside that demographic enjoying it (I mean, I wouldn't exactly be here if I thought otherwise).

But there's nothing that dictates that certain clothes must be restricted to one gender.

Hasbro says itself that MLP is for any age and any gender.

Exactly. Some clothes are meant for separate genders.

I don't really see why how often you see something is relevant.

I'm sorry if it came across as my intentions behind my posts were to start a fight with you. That wasn't what I wanted, and I apologize if my posts came across as too agressive.

As for the whole "no need to judge me for my opinions" part, isn't it funny that you say this despite judging those who crossdress?

Ok, this is starting to irk me a bit. If me arguing with you bugs you so much, why do you keep the argument going? If it bothers you so much, all you have to do is stop replying and the argument will go away.

All I'm saying is that it sends mixed signals when you keep responding.

All it says is that there are fans of any age and gender, but that hardly proves your point. After all, there are guys who are fans of wearing skirts, does that mean that skirts are made for all genders?

Mate.

There are tons of weirder things to like in the world. From different fetishes to other things. And fucking crossdressing is the weirdest to you???

Yeah, no, it's far from the weirdest. Yes it can look weird when it doesn't fit the particular person but done right and on the right person it looks natural.

Alright, that it. I feel like your comments directed towards me is meant to be offensive, and I think I should leave this discussion, it isn't doing any good for either of us. Just because my opinion is different from yours, doesn't mean you have to make me agree with yours.

I never meant to offend anypony, okay? I don't expect you to agree with everything I say, but I do expect you to know that I have my own view of things.

No one is trying to offend you???

If you post a controversial opinion expect it to be challenged, if you can't handle that you probably shouldn't be on the internet.

Pretty much the same here. This sorta stuff just isn't my thing.

Out of all the subject's on MLP, this is probably one of the strangest to get bent out of shape about. You will have some that believe that crossdressing (particularly men wearing women's clothing) is really strange. You will have some that are indifferent. You will have some that partake and see nothing wrong with it. As someone who fits the indifferent model, I don't see the personal umbrage over this. Of course, this is coming from a person who was talked into crossplaying for this MCM charity, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Let's just take a step back and try not to poke the other point of view.

I never have. I'm a guy and I would hate to wear women's clothes. I would look so stupid walking around in a skirt, dress, etc.
