I cropped a picture I found off FurAffinity of Ice Bear from We Bare Bears, who was the only bear from the show that I could find art of that would work for an avatar.

Derpibooru, I believe. I went looking for a gif of this scene almost immediately after the episode ended, though it wasn't until hours later that someone uploaded a HD one. From there I just cropped it to fit better.

Google images. Sorry, but it's the easiest way to find pony pictures of a specific type without backgrounds. Deviantart, etc. all usually have backgrounds or drawings that aren't vector.
