Do you feel comfortable wearing things that stand out in public?

Nope, I tend to avoid wearing anything outlandish. I've always preferred to just blend into the background.

...and I'm damn good at at it, too. For example, there were a few times in school where my classmates thought I was a new student, but in reality I'd been there with them the entire year.

Im a bit of a mixed bag, most days I'll wear pretty simple but stylish clothing. That being said, I have no issues wearing something much different, whether it be overcoats styled off of something in anime or colourful jackets and whatnot. I like to stand out but not to look stupid, if that makes sense.

No I don't. On rare occasions I might but usually no. I dont like having attention focused on me or have random people come up to me because of it.

Hmm, well if you consider heels as something that stands out. Where I am it's almost always unbearably hot, so seeing people walk around topless, in bikinis, or showing a lot of skin isn't really seen as weird.

So, it might stand out to some, but not to most.

I wish I could say that I was one of those free spirits that could wear whatever her heart desired without feeling out of place. I do have a thing for wearing Converse - even when I was in a professional environment.

Well, if wearing things like pony tees makes me stand out, then yes, I suppose I do feel comfortable standing out. I've never worn anything too crazy, but I do get a few looks just because I'm a teenager wearing a shirt for a cartoon meant for little girls.

Does wearing ugly sweater counts? Because I don't mind it.  :orly:

I generally wear things that don't even remotely stand out - most are black in colour.  I'd rather just blend in, than stick out like a sore thumb. That would make me very uncomfortable.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

No! I hate standing out because of clothes.

Depends.

Normally? No. I tend to wear dark clothing, or at least neutral clothing, like grays and maybe a little white. Also some mellow shades of blue.

At things like conventions or meet-ups? Hell yeah. The more I stand out, the better. I love fursuiting (really just cosplaying in general), and the whole point of that is to stand out.
