well its a no brainer question who is Equestrias main bad guy or bad mare/ villain why its Celestia of course.

Well seasons 1 to 3 she sent 6 young mares and sometimes a baby dragon to do DANGEROUS missions

 

She sent her sister to the moon when celestia could have stripped luna of all her magic and put her in Canterlot prison

 

She turned Discord in to a statue instead of helping him

 

Sombra no help *ZAPP* black mist sent for a 1000 years in ice

 

Face it everypony Celestia is the real villain in MLP FIM

Actually, as much as I dislike Celestia, a lot of this just isn't true.  For one, Celestia is not the reason that Sombra is a shadow pony. That is his inherent race, as has been expressed in the comics. He had the potential to become what he became long before Celestia ever contacted him. That being said, stripping her sister of all magic would be very difficult if not impossible, and would most likely yield more trauma for the young filly than the option that Celestia chose. These two are not only alicorns (and therefore have three forms of magic), but related, so being trapped in such close proximity would be very damaging to Luna and Celestia both. Discord was set in stone because he was uncontrollable. Because Celestia did not have a means of providing him aid and directing him towards a more righteous cause. The elements of harmony are very important, and even though Celestia can harness them, she does not possess their traits which is what Discord needed.

As for your first point (because I went terribly out of order), these young mares aren't JUST young mares. This group consists of her most prized pupil and the LITERAL embodiment of each element of harmony, the strongest force in equestria.

Since it's released from Hasbro and approved by the MLP crew, it's canon.

Actually we don't know what Celiestia can and can not do.  While there's a possibility that she could have done those things there's no way to be certain of it. 

 

Also it's possible to not do the best thing in a situation and not be evil.

It was the best thing to do in that situation.  And Luna is equally guilty of this.

Again, that was the best solution to that problem. Also Luna is also guilty of this. 

 

If one of the royal sisters are evil then it's Luna. She has a history of being evil and has on two occasions tried to cast the world into eternal night because she didn't get enough attention. Luna has also canceled a popular holiday because of personal reason without caring about what other ponies wanted. Granted, the cancellation didn't last that long but still. Another thing that she's responsible for is the Tantabus.

Though at that point the writers would actually have to do something with her. Wouldn't it be nice to see Evilestia throwing Moonbutt like a ragdoll and actually accomplishes something until the ultimate friendship weapon stops her in the end?

 

Knowing the writers they would turn her into the lamest and weakest villain of the entire series, though.

When discord was turned to stone, they used the elements of harmony, which turned him to stone, and they did it to protect equstria in the first place and stop discord. Plus discord didn't need help, he needed to stopped.

And when king sombra got iced celestia and Luna weren't the princesses of love so, they couldn't do anything abt it.

Canterlot prison ? Luna could easily break her chains,And the moon probally wasnt the most miserable place for Luna since she raise it

And helping Discord wasnt the best option (at that time ofcourse)

Celestia didn't make Luna into Nightmare moon. And plus, it was the ponies who paid attention to Celestia, not Celestia who wanted all the attention, and also the nightmare forces made Luna only think she did not get enough attention, and look what happened on nightmare night, what Luna did. Believe it or not, it explains a little why Luna turned to nightmare moon, only that it is hidden in the moral.

Police aren't the bad guys simply because they put people in jail; it's because those people are twisted, demented. Sure, they have done mistakes but at the end of the day they had to do what they had to do. Celestia is no different:

 

"Dangerous", but important missions. She sent them for a reason, she ain't keeping them around just to make them feel happy and all that.

 

Sending her own sister to the moon which was just absolutely twisted in KILLING Celestia, not to mention she's JUST as powerful as herself. Stripping her of her own powers would be impossible, since she had to use the elements of harmony themselves to lock her in the moon.

 

If you noticed, Discord was kind of destroying all of Ponyville, and he had the NERVE to be arrogant about it. Whatever happened, happened, and he was just as powerful, if not more than them. Again, they used the elements of harmony against him.

 

Kingdom almost entirely run by enslaved, helpless ponies to which she felt the need to save. She simply took down their ruler, to which he resisted.

 

There is no "real" villain in MLP, because, despite my earlier text, EVERYONE can be seen as "evil" if looked at from a different point of view. Why no mention of Changelings and the blatant racism against them? Why is it that Celestia HAS to control absolutely everything, even the celestial bodies themselves?

 

Celestia, at least, in the already set point-of-view for the show is not the villain by any means. Villains are villains for a reason, not because they're "born" evil. They did bad things, which makes them bad. Celestia didn't do anything but stop it.

As a Character i don't like Celestia through both the show and comics two things have been revealed

1. she has clairvoyance 
2. she manipulates events within Equestria's sphere of influence for her own needs 

what that boils down to is she allows monsters to terrorize Equestria she allows wars to happen i just don't like that aspect of her she also plans things up to 1000 years in advance

for example the Griffons when they were at full strength they were a real threat to Equestria and the comics have stated the two frequently went to war over the centuries then suddenly a monster appears and destroys the only thing unifying them?

you really think Celestia either didn't know that was going to happen OR she didn't send the monster there herself? she can also be childish and selfish at times yes the comics have shown she's matured over the years however she once almost allowed the world to be destroyed just so she could pursue a love interest...

i duno there are sorta themes for every season 5 was the cutie marks 4 was twilight getting use to royalty 3 was the mane 6s sorta final tests of friendship 2 was the mane 6 starting to learn more about friendship and them using it for the greater good 1 was them beginning to  learn about both themselves and about friendship. and so far season 6 is kinda like the mane 6 achieving their dreams twilight has a student and rainbow dash is wonder bolt rarity owns boutiques all around equestria but it could also be that now that the map is back it could be them using the knowledge they learned better the world even more. we can also look at the villans of the show to the seasons and show what the man 6 have learned and how they connect to the theme season 5 i mean do i even need to say starlight glimmer and the power going to her head and her not excepting friendship 4 Tirek shows what happens when power of royalty gets to your head and you betray people you love 3 sombra also show power corrupting the mind but also that he was the largest enemy in all of the crystal empires history the stuff of legends and they defeated him that show how they are able to save the world and also that their friendship is strong 2 queen chrysalis again shows power corrupting but also that again this was one of the bigger feats of the mane 6 and showed how they came since discord 1 nightmare moon is she got greedy and got corrupted by power notice a theme here alot of villains are royalty or leaders and were corrupted by power so the real enemy is royalty and leaders that are corrupted so your not far off. Side note i didnt mention discord because he was reformed and notice hes not in a possition of power really but what made him be a villain was he was trying to be in one he was trying to rule equestria
