Lobs: Perhaps a Members-Only section would be appropriate, then =p I've seen it on plenty other boards~

Sorry, I don't care to recall what times are. Most of the time we know the class ends because the teacher says so, or we hear other classes leaving down the hall.

3 Creative Writing (First Semester)/Global Citizen (Second Semester)

4 graphic Design

5 Yearbook/Journalism

6A Lunch

6B Free Period

7 Accounting

8 Business

That is the Monday, Thursday and Friday schedule

Tuesdays we have 2, 4, 6 8 block schedule

Wednesdays we have 1, 3, 5, 7 black schedule

Does the "Honors" part in some of your courses indicate that there are "lesser" forms of the course?

Yes, it does. Massachusetts has a wonderful system of keeping intelligent people away from nimrods.

Nothing too demanding by any means, but enough to keep me occupied throughout the day.

Let's See, I graduated in 2008, Let's see if I can remember everything.

Here's my 11th grade schedule

7:45-8:00 A - Homeroom

8-8:30 A - Travel to Tech

8:30-11:30 - Lab (Computer Maintenance Tech)

11:30-12 - Lunch

12-12:30 - Travel to Home school

12:40-1:25 - English

1:30-2:10 - Social Studies

2:15-2:50 - Math

And then for 12th Grade:

7:45-8:00 A - Homeroom

8-8:30 A - Travel to Tech

1st Period: Science

2nd Period: Government

3rd Period: British Lit.

Lunch

5th Period: Fitness and Wellness

Lab for the entire afternoon

2:45-3:10 Travel to Home School

I don't remember everything, but that was about how it went. I went to vo-tech, so for half of the day, I went to another school and did hands on work. The course I took was in computer Maintenance. During 11th Grade, for about 10 weeks, I went across the street to the college once a week, and in 12th grade, I interned at Lutron Electronics, here in PA, so I went to work for the afternoon instead of going to lab.

well I'm still in middle school but here goes:

8:20-9:05 Gym

9:09-9:50 English 8A

9:54-10:35 Band/Visual and Performing arts(these switch off every day)

10:39-11:20 Reading

11:24-12:05 French

12:09-12:50 Social Studies

12:54-1:35 LUNCH!

1:39-2:10 Pre-Algebra

2:14-2:55 Science 8A

I like my schedule except that I have gym first period(it's like a foghorn at 8:30 in the morning every day -_-) and the two classes I have to think the hardest in (Science and Math) are right after the other, as the last 2 periods of the day.

I don't approve of people who start after 8:00, makes me wanna complain.

I live 50 minutes away from school (Preppy private school, yo! XD) and my mom drives me there every day too (Although it's on her way to work.)

Then I realize that I get 50 minute naps in the car, so it ain't all that bad :P

So, here goes: Our schedules are messed up, so I'm just gonna give the Monday schedule since it ACTUALLY GOES IN ORDER. XD

Block 1: Introductory Bio (It's like Biology......boring, but still kinda hard!)

Block 2: Latin III (Aww yeah, this is study hall #1!)

Block 3: Drawing (Got forced into this one cause of a schedule mixup. It was either this or Women's Chorus. :P)

Block 4: Study Hall (A.K.A Pokemon time, we get to rent laptops cause it's a private school so I installed Pokemon Online.)

Block 5: Discrete Systems (This is basically a combination of Math/Art/Whatever our amazing teacher wants to discuss that's Math-related.)

Block 6: World Literature (Weird class. Too much writing. It's the equivalent of English.)

Block 7: World Cultures (The equivalent of Social Studies, only we cover obscure topics.)

Aaaaaaaaand I get to take Calculus after school at the local university on Tuesdays. It's also the hardest crap out there, considering they're teaching a college credit to high school students.....someone shoulda thought that through :/

I don't know the exact times that my classes start, but I'm pretty sure school starts at around 7:45 AM for me, and ends at 2:57 PM.

I'm in 10th grade in high school, and this is what my exact schedule is every day:

Pre-Calculus (was Trigonometry first semester)

Advanced English 10

AP Computer Science A (IQ Academy*)

Advanced Physics

AP Art History (IQ Academy)

AP European History

Spanish II

(* IQ academy courses are courses I take online, since they aren't offered at my school. So, during those hours, I can do either one of those classes in any order I like, or both in one hour, or neither, etc.)

I'm taking way too many difficult classes this year. AP classes are college level. My advanced classes aren't as hard as AP (but they've turned out to be close to it), but they're harder than regular classes. I greatly underestimated the difficulty of these kinds of classes, and it's turned out to be an overload. Next year in 11th grade I'm going to be having a much wiser schedule. It won't be as easy as possible, but it'll be balanced. I'll be taking harder classes primarily in what will help me in my professional career (I currently plan to double major in math and computer science), and regular classes for most everything else.

This is what my 11th grade schedule will probably be:

AP Calculus AB

AP Statistics

Advanced American Literature and Composition

Regular US History I and II

Regular Chemistry

Webpage Design Basics (first semester), Game Design & Computer Programming Basics (second semester)

Study Hall

This way I'll also only have 6 classes next year instead of 7, and a full class period each day for the entire year to just do homework.

We have 4 block schedule, so I have 4 of my classes one semester, and 4 the other one. I think its a bit more interesting then last year in middle school where we had all of our classes everyday(Except for my Band and P.E changed every day.)

Right now its

Physical science

Algebra 1

Lunch(30 mins)

English 1

Band

All the other classes besides lunch are 1 1/2 hours
