TV Tropes' own Getting Crap past the Radar page for Friendship is Magic is smaller than you would think due to their rules:

Getting Crap Past The Radar is when the writers intentionally sneak past mature content. Please think about whether your example is genuine or if you've just read too much into it before adding an example. Mentions of Alcohol or alluding to its existence does not count as Getting Crap Past the Radar. Parental Bonuses may also not be necessarily examples. Read the main Getting Crap Past the Radar page if you are unsure if your example is an example, or if you are just reading too much into things.

Because of this, There's really only 3 entries on that page:

• In "Hurricane Fluttershy", they slipped in a reference to steroid use and a certain one of its side effects with a white pegasus boasting bulging muscles and rather tiny wings.
• In the Cold Open for "The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000", Rainbow Dash barges straight into Fluttershy's bedroom to wake her up, and rips the covers off. Fluttershy's reaction? She blushes and covers up her chest with her forelegs. The squeak she emitted as she did that certainly didn't help.
• As noted elsewhere on the wiki, the Changelings' modus operandi resembles that of succubi crossed with actual fairy changelings.

You would find way more possibly adult examples on their Ho Yay page involving moments of lesbian and even gay stallions shipping that can be unintentionally (or perhaps it was intented) noticed  by viewers

As for me, I think Twilight's book on Slumber Parties is getting past the radar. It's called: "Slumbers 101: All You Want to Know About Slumber Parties, But Were Afraid to Ask". Just replace "Slumber Parties" with a certain something else.

There is the (in)famous scene of Trenderhoof seeing Applejack wipe away the apple juice off her muzzle in a saucy manner. Though I'm not sure that was very under-the-radar as most everyone with a certain amount of knowledge caught the reference.

However, there was another instance at the very end of the episode that got less attention where AJ tries to come clean and explain that she's not interested in him, ending her sentence with an "I'm - uh...." right before Rarity interrupts, saving her from having to basically state she prefers mares. While not conclusive, a significant portion of the fandom believes this to be the case (myself included) until the show says otherwise.

And Spike has ended up with his lips pressed up against Starlight's a couple of times since she was redeemed. Not particularly racy, but it certainly provides a bunch of shipping fuel between the two of them, even if there's nothing there beyond that. (Or they're just trying to make Spike look creepy again since it's usually him pulling her in close in that manner.)
