Ooh, I don't care what candy I get as long as it's A LOT and the GOOD ones! :yay: My younger siblings are my excuse to still go trick-or-treating lol. I'm almost 19 and still go up to people's front door in costume for candy! Hey, I live by Pinkie Pie's example....

One is never too old to trick or treat! Especially if the tricks are involved too. :ph3ar: Although, I'm thinking about retiring my trick or treat days and doing a truck or treat one of these years. (Pass out candy from in the tailgate of my truck which would be all giddyed up for Halloween, with the fake spider web, lights, etc etc). Just a thought. :please:

I still go tricking or treating..only because they can't see how old I am inside a costume. Teenager looks like an adult nowadays so hell, why not? Beside after going around scaring the neighbors, one must take a 15 mins break for a little treat eh? Who needs clubs, when you can go old school!

I haven't been trick-or-treating in so long. I've considered trying, but I'd rather not go alone and I have no one to go with. I like to go all-out for costumes, even one-time use ones, so maneuvering around unfamiliar areas in the dark while wearing an incredibly inhibitive costume is asking for trouble.

I'd probably have fun handing out candy, but I'm pretty sure I'm the youngest person in my neighborhood. Nobody's stopped by our house for Halloween in years.

And I've never actually seen pranks on Halloween, other than jump scares. I remember seeing a bunch of videos of people dressed as scarecrows, and whenever someone would walk by, they'd suddenly come to life.

Forgot to say my favorite candy. I always loved getting chocolate when I would go as a kid.

My favorite halloween candies are Reese's cups and candy corn.

I've never been a fan of Nightmare Night/Halloween pranks to be honest, nor have I ever been involved in one.

I'm really bad at tricking people. When I was little I used to think it was funny jumping out of hedges and nuking passersby with a flash from my camera and running away. They'd usually jump a bit and I'd take off, laughing like I'd just done something hilarious. But really, it just wasn't as classy as rainbow Dash with her lightning cloud on Nightmare Night.

I don't do anything 'trick-y' on Halloween anymore. I just go trick-or-treating with my friends, usually costumed appropriately. Let's face it, adults enjoy Halloween probably more than kids, so why shouldn't we get a cut of the candy? And given a choice, I tend to favor candy corn and pumpkin Kit Kats.

A good trick would be dipping sprouts in chocolate and wrapping them up in empty Ferrero Rocher papers to give to trick or treaters. For those wondering what Ferrero Rocher is, it is these lovely sweets:

Admittedly an evil trick to play. But Halloween always needs that element of horror.

I could understand about kinder's eggs because they are banned in the us.

Kinder eggs are no longer banned!

Regarding candy, I eat chocolate and not much else. The only Halloween prank kids used to play where I live was a form of ding-dong ditch where kids would leave bags of candy. Also, Mischief Night was pretty big.

How to get more candies:

  1. Option 1: Knock on the door and hide. Victims comes out with a bowl of candies. Jumpscare em'. They'll drop a bowl of candies and boom, all the candies you can grab.
  2. Option 2: if you wish to be more civilized, target the rich neighbors, it's a horde in there. Applied option 1 for more bonus.

Alright I will tell you a story..

I remember one of my pranks...So there's one neighbor who's in charge of our community and always try charging us over the littlest stupid things.. so I what I did is this. I full up a bucket of fake blood and add some raw chicken meat and bone. I want over to her front porch and knocked on her door and waited. Luckily she was passing out candies too, so she want  over and just before she opens the door, I threw the cluck out to her window. The only think I heard was her scream before I make a run for it. I wish I have more time to see her face.

I’ll just dress in a cloak and skull mask, sit on the front porch with a big bowl of candy on my lap and whisper to trick-or-treaters to “TAKE ONE ONLY”. Also, if they’re teenagers, I’ll jump scare the crap out of them. If they’re kids, i’ll just lift my head up and stare at them and maybe hum or sing.

Favorite candy in general: chocolate. I dont have any specific favorites, just a general favorite. Smarties are OK, too.

Sometimes I wished I could participate in the dressing-up part of Candy Distribution Night; younger me would've proposed dressing up as Runescape me. No trickery, though.

I feel old. :(

I've never really done anything Trick or Treat wise since when I was growing up in the UK, Halloween wasn't really a big thing and didn't become as such until years after I moved to Canada. Even then, I only went out once on Halloween just to get the experience--I was fifteen at the time and went as myself. After that, I gave out candy but I stopped doing that about four or five years ago. Now, all I do for the 'holiday' is stay indoors until its over with the lights off so that no one comes by.

I've been paying attention to that poll regarding the Nightmare Night Trivia.

So... People actually want questions that don't focus on MLP? Hmmm... That might be too much for me since Halloween is a holiday I only know some details about. It's certainly worth a try but I don't think I can deliver on it. @Jedishy This is where you'll shine as this holiday is your calling. I'll still have the usual EQG questions but actual Halloween questions will need to come from another source.

Of all Halloween candies, I would say Dark Chocolate; for me, is is like throwing seeds to an Auklet.

Lindt is the brand I tend to favor, I believe they have the best flavor.

Of all of their dark chocolate, I would say their 65% cocoa truffles are best; the magnificent flavor of theirs is truly blessed.

I must say, though, I have never pulled a prank; in real life, I am quiet the crank.

That said, I do like the spooky atmosphere; even though most costumes look like Chevaliers.

Dark Chocolate is always great to have on Halloween, but since it tends to be more expensive here than regular chocolate, you're not that likely to come across it.

So in that case; it's any Cadbury's brand chocolate for me. ^_^
