What is the one thing that would ruin G5 and/or G4

A lot of franchises have been totally ruined. But not my little pony… Yet…

so, in your opinion what is one thing in G5 and/or G4 that would make you say “that’s it, I’m done! I quit!” (Like a rage quit)

Repeating the same mistakes G4 made at the tail end of its run, namely completely disregarding the characters, world, and established canon for whatever new dumbass idea they came up with that week

Making the mistakes G4 made on a much grander scale. To be more specific, to me, that would be an excess of slice-of-life episodes, "filler" episodes that contributed nothing consequential to the world-building, and rushed resolutions to key conflicts.

There were mistakes made in G4 that ended up becoming pretty infamous and lowered the overall quality of the show. Should these be repeated in G5... Just the mere thought of having to think about it makes me shudder and fear the worst.

If you’re talking about the sirens, I just call that a reference and a wink to its fans rather than a confirmation. If anypony said anything along the lines of ‘Does that sound familiar?’ then I’d call that confirmation.

The show explaining the origins of the Sirens sounds like a pretty hard confirmation to me. Not to mention McCarthy and Haber themselves have more or less confirmed it

If I ever thought it was confirmation, I would have immediately left the fandom. I still think it’s not confirmation unless a character in any way mentions it. A show can reference a spin-off even if it isn’t calling it canon.

Changing something big in G5 to that destroys watching G4 completely, like saying the Mane 6/CMC's friendship jobs were all for nothing.

That is probably the only thing since I have accepted the things that destroyed G4 (Twilight's wings, shortening Season 3 for Equestria Girls, and Equestria Girls design)
