Honestly though, I think some might be misunderstanding when they pick sloth. To be guilty of sloth isn't just being lazy. Sloth is also the refusal to take responsibility because you don't want to put the work into it. This can be anything from neglecting work or school, to endangering your health, and perhaps the most damning, knowing what the right thing is refusing to do it.

 

"Evil succeeds when good men do nothing," as they say.

 

Sloth is also tied to spiritual or moral neglect. Not keeping idealism and faith because it's hard and the world doesn't give you a reason to. I confess, this is not one degree of sloth I'm guilty of. Ask anypony here and they will tell you how faith driven I am, and that I champion idealism.

 

No, the reason I am guilty of sloth is because of my recurring trouble with lacking ambition. I always get caught in a downward cycle of procrastination, sleeping in, and general apathy that requires an inordinate amount of energy to break out of. It really is quite sad and a problem I fully admit to having.

Other than that, the deadly sins I have the most trouble with are the following, first being the one I have trouble with the most after wrath:

I still have a huge problem with everything on this list though, even the lower-ranked ones.

However if I’m going to pick on to represent myself then.....overall Greed. Which is quite humorous due to my username and such but I value money and I hate having to spend it. It’s my ticket to building a better life for myself.

As much as I want to give the easy answer of sloth, knowing people who I would say are closer to sloth I don't think I'm there. I'd have to say Wrath, I get angry about stuff that I shouldn't frequently.

I'd say a three-way tie between wrath, pride and greed as well; with the latter two slightly predominating. I'm generally a pretty calm person and I don't get angry very easily (the last time it happened was when someone threatened a friend of mine), but when I *do* get angry then I get stupidly angry and just want to break things. Need to work on that.
