Depends. I work until 1 in the morning, so sometimes I get to bed around 3, sometimes later. If I sleep more than 8, I feel sick.

Most of the time I get 5-6 hours because I usually don't sleep until 1am and need to wake up at 6am. Though I wish to go to bed earlier I can't really fall asleep unless I just turn off the computer and lie down in bed.

I used to never get more than 4 due to school and things. I find I can function normally with 5 1/2 now. On Fridays I stay up as much as I can to have more time to myself. On Saturdays and Sundays I try to get 6-8 hours if I can.
