  1. Sometimes if I was upset or irritated I would get a bag of popcorn and pop it even if I wasn't hungry at all or I didn't even want to eat anything. I think it was partly because of the sound of it. Other than that it's usually just whatever salty or sweet snack I happen to have around.
  2. Years ago before my nieces were my nieces I was hanging out with them and fell asleep with my feet on the toy bin and my head on the bottom corner of a mattress that was sitting on the floor. I dreamed I was on a cloud. As soon as I dreamed that I fell off the cloud I woke up to realize my feet had fallen off of the toy bin. The fact that nothing else was under me would probably explain why I felt like I was in the air. Also I once sneezed myself awake. Then when it rained later that day I thought I had predicted it with my sneeze. I was a strange kid.
  3. Normally people mistake me as someone younger. To be honest I find the reactions when I give my actual age to be hilarious. I've been mistaken for a guy once when I was on a mmo, because the other person was used to meeting male players and automatically thought I was one. I didn't correct him until it actually came up in a conversation. Never really bothered me.
  4. The only day I ever wore a skirt was on dress to impress day. On that day, I tripped on the edge of the sidewalk when I was cutting across the grass to make it to the bus on time, because on that day the class met at the library. Which was on the other side of the school.. When I tripped I fell forward. Naturally, some cute guy had to run from directly behind me to ask if I was alright. I appreciated his concern, but the fact that he had been behind me was extremely embarrassing. Different year, same dress to impress day thing, I was cutting across a different grassy patch to get to the library from lunch because a class was meeting there. I stepped in a hole and sprained both of my wrists. Clearly I should not wear skirts and cut across the grass during school themed days. Then there was the time I was told "don't hurt yourself" by some kid in one of the classes that had team sports. Which was basically a 'change into your gym clothes and walk or do something to get credit unless we have a lesson related to health' type of class. I kicked at the soccer ball, missed, and fell. Sprained my ankle from kicking at a soccer and completely missing it. Ah yes, such a pro. Highschool was a time of great clumsiness.
  5. I've been told that I should try going into voice acting, so I guess there's that. I can sound like Pinkie. I'm pretty good at drawing some stuff. Granted I think I still need way more practice and I have much to learn.
  6. Normally I tell people I'm a massive egg. Although sometimes if I'm introduced to someone I will greet them as The Egg King and welcome them to my golden kingdom of yolk. But either way, I think 'some random dork who spends most of her time on the internet watching things and music' is probably the best summery.
  7. Sometimes long, sometimes short-ish. I can't stand having them clipped all the way back to the skin though. I have a hard time picking stuff up if I do that, plus it gets irritating. I don't really take care of my nails, but they hardly ever brake so they're always somewhat long. I do trim the ones on my left hand sometimes, when I try to pick up practicing the guitar again.
  8. I'll be eating dinner, thinking about what to do when I get back to the computer again.
  9. I have a lot of interesting dreams. It's a shame I can't remember them all. The other day I became friends with a talking bumblebee that I lovingly called Bumbles. Then there's also the one I had years ago about a two-headed dragon who could somehow turn into a human with a single head. I think the two heads may have represented yin and yang or something.. Not sure. Anyway he fell in love with a young girl. It was an interesting one. Near the end there was some random movie producer who saw the two together and decided he wanted to turn their story of adventure into a movie. Cut to the movie set, turns out he hired the two to play themselves in the movie because he wanted it to be authentic. After the last scene, the camera was still rolling, and the dragon man asked the girl to marry him. Happiness all around. Then I woke up. I have the dream typed out in more detail in a PM to a friend on gaiaonline somewhere. It's an old message so I'm not sure if I would be able to find it... I also had a dream in the format of a literal movie. Well, other than it taking up my field of vision like dreams normally do and not being looked at as if it was on a tv or something. It even had credits! I don't remember any of the parts and names in them, but I recall being in them a few times myself. I can't even remember the character names, but I remember the main theme which was most likely the title of my dream movie. I'm glad I can still somewhat remember the main characters. If I ever tried to turn that dream into something I would need to redesign the main villain though... He looks too much like Voldamort..
  10. MLP, Equestria Girls, The Once-ler from the 2012 Lorax movie, The Lorax movie itself, The Smurfs, several anime series although I can't remember which right now because I've seen so many, HomeStuck, ect. There's too many things throughout my years of life to remember off of the top of my head.
  11. Math is great, and I have great respect and adoration for those who are skillful at it. Buuut when I was in school I didn't like going to math class too much. Mostly due to how frustrated I would get though. I used to be out sick quite often, and math was always the subject I had the hardest time in because of that. As for favorite class I would have to say Chorus. I've been in Chorus for nearly every year I was attending school. I've greatly enjoyed several other elective classes, but Chorus will always hold a special place in my heart.
  12. Others don't really understand that I'm just not comfortable with the idea of talking on the phone as a job. To be honest I'm barely comfortable enough with it to speak to friends over it. Sure I don't mind the occasional skype chat or group call, but it's just not something I really enjoy doing every day. But talking on a telephone as a job? Stressful. Too stressful. I tried once when I was volunteering and the caller wouldn't take "I'm sorry, I'm just a volunteer and do not know that information. If you'd like, I can take down your name and a number to call back. Once the others are out of the meeting, I'll let them know you called." as and answer and instead they kept trying to push me for the information even though I knew nothing about it. I didn't even like talking on the phone before that happened. My grandmother, as well as nearly everyone else I know here, have no idea why I was uncomfortable with phones in the first place. I've been told that I speak clearly and because I'm friendly that I would be great with that type of job. So when I say I'm just not comfortable with that, they don't understand why I wouldn't be.
  13. I was drawing things related to a cover I did so that I could throw a video together and decided that one of the things would make a good avatar picture.
  14. Don't you mean... Big Quackintosh~? That is one cute duckie~
  15. Normally I try to catch up with episodes from other series that I've gotten behind in, or I circle back into one of the other characters/series I happen to be a big fan of and look for more content on that. Or a certain friend of mine will show me something and I'll end up getting pulled into that for a while. But no matter which it is, a majority of my time is still spent on youtube.
  16. I did ponify several things. My old cellphone, my DS lite before it broke, my old tablet. I was considering getting some pony deco for my 3DS sometime.
  17. Thanks everyone~! Oh, and you can call me Ari or Curlicue or CC or something if you want. As long as I know you mean me, I'll reply to a lot of different nicknames.
  18. I once dreamed that Rarity was very angry because an explosion at the pizza factory caused sauce n' cheese rain to get all over the outfits she was displaying outside for some reason or another. But then somepony suggested turning it into a pizza themed showing and- I don't really remember what happened after that, but I do remember thinking it was hilarious when I woke up the next morning.
  19. Pretty normal. Then again I'm used to buying things that people my age might not always feel comfortable buying. Probably has to do with the fact that people have always mistaken my age for someone younger. I was nervous when buying the Pinkie coin bank, but that's mostly because I was afraid it would get broken somehow before I could bring it home.
  20. Of the mane 6, I'm most like PinkiePie. Which is likely why I relate to her so often. I can be pretty hyper, I get distracted easily sometimes, I love cake and the bright colors of a party (even though I've only ever been to maybe..3 birthday parties at most,) and I love making new friends! Also, one time when I was little my hair once went back to being super curly not even a full hour or two after grandma got it straightened since I had kept asking. After that happened she figured straightening it again would be pointless. I also really love sweets! And I tend to ramble sometimes..
  21. My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Pinkie Pie How did you find MLP Forums?: I went to watch a live podcast, decided to register for that site, discovered ponyverse so I made an account on there, looked at everything on that page, and got here by clicking on it from there. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I'm not entirely sure.. It was either because I saw art of the show, happened to watch it on the hub back when I was waiting for an episode of Dan vs. to come on, or possibly because the friend who got me into Dan may have also gotten me into MLP. I honestly don't remember the original reason. It could be a combination of all three. Although, I was in a tinychat call back when I first heard of the series. Someone was asking me to say one of Pinkiepie's lines because they said I sounded like her. But I hadn't seen the show back then so I was confused when I did the quote they typed. That tinychat is the reason I tried to start an askblog at least. Greetings and salutations~! I've actually been a fan of the MLP:FiM series for a while, but I never really joined anything until now. (Unless you count Tumblr, that is.) I'm ArielCurlicue, but I'm known by several other names when it comes to my Artwork or the various Youtube videos I've done in the past. It's nice to meet you all. I hope to get along well with everyone while I'm here~!
