IE has a better system than G Chrome for fav/bookmarking.

Even though I have a lot of websites bookmarked I don't take the time to click through the options to find them :P

An excess of words on Bing Dictionary, random things that I like to archive, and a collection of vore. For any sites, I merely cram them into my Speed Dial.

I actually don't use bookmarks. If I use something often enough to warrant it's own button on the bar at the top of firefox, it gets one. If it doesn't, it doesn't and I just type the url. Short named sites like xkcd and 4chan, I just type anyway, and indeed, if I type x or 4 into the address bar, xkcd and 4chan come up anyway (those are just examples).

The sites that merit buttons are:

Facebook

GameFAQs

YouTube

Mangastream (I also use mangareader for a few series, but I have it set to email me when the new chapters come out)

magiccards.info

A wiki folder (wikipedia and a ton of wikis for games and shows that I like)

Torrent folder (demonoid, pirate bay, and btjunkie are the only ones I use)

Now that I'm on a new browser Ive left behind all my favorites and bookmarks.

At the moment all I have is a few pony links of artwork and such.

I don't usually bookmark/fav things like YouTube or Google because they come up in the URL bar scroll list after I type "Y" or "G" resepectively :P

I've already posted my bookmarks (and they haven't changed much) but I have just recently started bookmarking individual forum threads. I found that I was keeping tons of tabs open just for quick access to certain threads so I came up with a solution. I made a folder inside my MLP Forums folder titled "Threads of Interest". Anytime I come across a thread I may wan't to look at later, I just bookmark it. I still have tons of tabs open but now I don't have to worry if I need to close them.

I have a lot of random things in my bookmarks haha I just type the first letter of the site that I am going in the address bar and what I want is usually right on the top. When I type in "m" in the address bar, the MLPForums home page is first.
