As for my favourite card from a deck of regular cards, I'd have to go with the 8 of spades. I like 8's of all suits and I just happen to favour spades over hearts, diamonds and clubs.

That's a difficult choice for me. I've always loved playing cards: their visual designs have always fascinated me since I was a young child.
 
That being said, my favorite design is probably the spades.
