When I first heard about Bronies? I believe I said something to the effect of "go outside" to one fan in particular. I actually thought fans watched the show ironically or something, like some sort of hipster movement. Then when I finally came around to watching the show, mostly as a joke since my friend dared me to do it, my line of thinking was "no, I can't actually like this". I thought it was kind of ironic that I would like a series I casually poked fun at people for liking. Well, that and the idea of liking a show called My Little Pony just seemed odd. If it wasn't for my friend and I taking it up together, I don't know if I would be here right now.
