I got that reference! Go to google and type In "pony list" the first link takes you to a list of all the MLP ponies and you can see the ponies in that scene are named after parodies from the movie

Vinyl scratch is the DJ P0N-3 shown running the DJ booth for roughly 5 seconds at the start of the fashion show that Rarity holds for Hoity Toity. She became an overnight sensation due to the loop made of he bobbing her head and the mystery of what could be behind her mysterious purple glasses. Ther are countless. Ideas of her bobbing her head to random songs on YouTube and it has been unanimously agreed that her eyes are red due to the animated flash called BR34CH featuring vinyl scratch.
