food butter or margarine?

Butter by far.

Magerine shouldn't be used as a proper replacement (unless if you really need it and have nothing else then what to do). It have a diferent taste, smell and everything.

Though magerine with fried rice is quite nice. It just fails as a butter replacement.

Margarine is f***ing disgusting. I'd much rather take real butter... Sure, you have to leave it out for a bit before you can spread it on anything, but as I said, margarine is nasty.
