Come on. Do you honestly even need to ask? It's obviously Rarity! She is the personification (or ponysonification) of glamour and beauty. I'll give points to all the others on their own merits, but of the list of choices presented here, Rarity is going to walk away with the prize.

I've always been a fan of Fluttershy's mane. I'm just a sucker for long hair on girls in real life. While Rarity's hair is also pretty long, it's always stylized. Not a bad thing mind you by any stretch, just that for me, long natural hair hanging down free and unbound is just a thing of beauty.

 

(And if Fluttershy is reading this, yes, I meant every word.)
