My favorite Twilight Sparkle moment is her ascension to Alicornhood because it was my first BIG moment as a member of the fandom.

Favorite Twilight moment has to be her charactization at the end of Cutie Re-mark. It was probably her best as a Princess of Friendship to tackle another pony's messed up viewpoint on friendship by offering her a better future. Plus I could really see the joy it sparked in her later on to have her own pupil to give guidance to like she had herself.

My favourite moment would have to be when Twilight became an Alicorn. Sure the moment itself is mixed among the fandom, but I enjoyed it for what it was, especially seeing that it was an integral part of Twilight's development.
