I'm fairly old for a brony (27), so when I heard about this new My Little Pony, I was like "oh hey, I've got a couple of those toys from when I was little!" (Barnacle, Sky Rocket, and Stardancer from G1).  I didn't know what all the fuss was about, so I decided to watch an episode.  I didn't catch the series when it first started - the first episode I watched was "Suited for Success" (on its original airdate, though).  I liked the art, the music, and even though the whole fashion thing wasn't my cup of tea, I liked the characters enough to TiVo the next episode.  I kept watching and I don't even know when exactly I became hooked.
