I had a lucid dream last night. It was set in Noshahr Canals from BF3. I was on the Russian side. I had an M416 + M1911. We went out to war. I absolutly devestated the enemy team and I recieved the Medal of Honor after that. And no, it wasnt a dream of playing BF3, I was on the actual real-life battlefield, killing the enemy soldiers. After that, I went back to World War 2, and went to Hitler's office in The Reichstag and shot Adolf Hitler in the head at point-blank range. THEN, I gathered the people I hate the most (guys from school) and brutally murdered them. Best dream of my life, I'm really counting on the murder of my enemies to happen in real rife >:D

I had a nightmare of some sort last night. It being around 3am, and myself being more than half-asleep, I convinced myself that falling asleep would make "it" attack me again, what it was god only knows. I do remember feeling physical pain though, like claws on my chest. I hate those realistic dreams with pain, especially the ones where zombies are biting your neck, it can be pretty damn scary.

I also had a weird random non-lucid dream last night, which was boring. Ever since I was little I've been having dreams where I know I was in a dream. Like when I was 5 I knew I was in a dream. I was in a hospital hallway, and I remember stomping up and down trying to wake myself up, it was strange. A good percent of my dreams I am or become conscious of the fact that I am dreaming. I don't think I've lucid dreamed before, since I never really control any of the dreams. Now I think I may have weakly lucid dreamed a few weeks back. This is a little embarrassing to say but I had a sexual dream, and it seemed like I actually had some control over what happened. Interesting.

Since I changed my bed with a much softer one, I have been having a lot of dreams lately. Some are good, some are bad. Some are lucid, some are... somewhere between lucid and non-lucid.

What really scares me is when my dream is barely lucid. I would be able to remember everything in the dream crystal clear, but I couldn't do anything if my subconsciousness decided that I've had too much fun and give me a whackdose of horrors.

I hate my own brain :/

I had that happen to me before, *Sigh* My brain pretty much hates me for staying on he PC!

Most of the time, I don't remember my dreams.  Recently I had a dream that I was in Ferelden and I was captured by a band of Tal-Vashoth...  How or why they were there, I have no idea...  I've never had pony dreams before, I have had dreams of being a type of cat of sorts though ...

Captured by a band of Tal-Vashoth o-e. And had pony dreams! Take meh with you q-q.

I lucid dream a few times but sometimes let my mind wander. I often get some strange stuff back...recently I had a dream in which my house suddenly had clones of all of my cats, even the ones that had died.

Clones of all, of your cats even the dead ones?   Ey!  At least you can say hi :D!

yeah, I've been having dreams. Not sure if it's a good dream or a nightmare, but it's a dream none the less.

My dream is basiclly my in the real world with a few things added here and there... and i'm not quite myself... imagine like this V

img-1800118-1-tumblr_m26po4E7cf1qizl5uo1

School kind of dreams? I never had one before..

Been dreaming just decent dreams, not many nightmares recently. I lucid dream quite often, I'm not sure if I should share any of my dreams.. Most of the time I don't even remember my dreams.

None of us do! I used to have tons of dreams when i was younger o-e.

We all had those sexual kind of dreams once in our life time! I've noticed everytime you don't have control over our dreams, we get nightmares e-e.

I had a weird dream that there was this disease (I can't remember what it's called but it began with o!) that you were born with which would make your feet turn into birds, that were alive.

And my best-friend Eden had her left foot a Flamingo head and her right foot a Seagull's head.

I'm not on drugs I swear

I'd be wary of befriending snakes that eat me, but that's just me.

There are some who'd disagree, but I won't go there XD

Also snakes aren't devious. :c

Anyway, I had dozens of dreams while I was gone in Istanbul (and Kusadasi for a week) this August, some of which I wrote down. I'm keeping most of them for use in my stories, here are the four others.

- I Am Paper

Cats sometimes scratch my hand while playing, but here, it cut my thumb to the bone... which wasn't bone at all, nor was there any bleeding. I peeled the "flesh" back, wincing from disgust more than pain, for a better look - it was more like paper or maybe band-aid. I was a little shaken and went to my mom, but she tried to deny it and take my mind off it.

- Land, Air, Sea

My parents and sister and I are on a kind of train (modern-day style, locomotive being similar to the wagons), which will later become a roller coaster. The train reaches its terminal station (at least I feel it's the final one) but just carries on into a tunnel. When it comes out the other side, it no longer has wagons (we're in the locomotive) and the roof is gone, so we can see welcoming banners all around us. Then the tracks go up and the ride dashes upwards, I even feel the effect of pressure change affecting my ear as we rise. Stopping right above a layer of clouds, the ride lets us watch a plane pass by, leaving ripples in its wake and trailing another banner behind it. Then we plummet right down to the depths of the ocean (skipping to the underwater part) where, similarly, we watch a whale (blue I think, but kinda shrunk to a more human-scale size) pass slowly and gracefully, pulling a banner behind it.

PS: I do not recall what the banners said exactly, but I do remember them being warm and positive.

- Birth And Flood

I go through a tunnel with wind in my face (happens often) to witness a sort of Big Bang; basically a light at the end of the tunnel which explodes, expanding to the whole universe, and sends pulse after pulse (like the Patronus spells in Harry Potter). I then seem to wake up in a bed (upper bunk bed), but I'm paralysed and immersed in a water full of medusae, and I don't dare move in case they're dangerous to man.

- Love And Comfort

Very short, this one involves me standing with a horse behind me. I'm upset or distracted for a reason, so the horse extends his head and gently nuzzles my back. I extend my arms behind without moving another muscle, the horse buries his nose and breathes warmly into my palms, then envelopes his lips around my fingers and softly licks them inside his mouth. I don't see anything, but it feels really peaceful and loved.

LOL I had two pointless dreams last night--don't dream that often.

First one, my family was driving in a small car to deliver a bird in a cage to someone to watch while we went on holiday. My dad got lost driving and we ended up going down a huge grassy & muddy hillside. The name of the person we were supposed to be dropping the bird off with was a customer of mine with a very unusual name (Yosemite), who I haven't talked to in some time.

Second one, my brother and I were in a shop trying to find Christmas gifts. After looking at some sort of automated briefcase that opened up when you pushed a button (and had an awful interior that looked like a shirt I used to wear when I was painting...it was so ugly it didn't matter if it got messed up), the clerk brought over a porcelain statue. It had three Christmas elves sticking off the sides, that looked identical, and were of that Hermey character in the Rudolph Christmas special. Apparently they were similar to Christmas decorations my parents had (in the dream--I have never seen such hideous things in real life), though the elves kept breaking off. We were excited about the find and agreed to buy and give one each of these ugly decorations.

Most of my dreams are anxiety or indigestion-driven. These two I ascribe zero significance to and are just stitched-together mental nonsense.

  • 2 weeks later...

Okay, last night's dream was like a cross between movie and game - I think you call those "interactive movies".

I apparently had this classmate who had a rather conservative mindset when it came to school grades and honor. He had a crush on a girl in class and was angry that I, a "weak" person not worthy of being seen as a man, was the one she dated some years ago.

In the "present" time of my dream, we're standing face-to-face in a kind of arena, and he's bent on proving his superiority. He challenges me to a duel battle "between men", I reply "I'm no man, remember?" but he still gives me time to prepare.

Later, accompanied by a friend, I'm in a kind of kitchen, or at least a room with counters along the walls. There's a large opening leading to a niche, but it's crossed out by a wooden "barrier". My friend then disassembles the barrier, which turns out to be nothing more than four short planks nailed together.

And opening a wardrobe in some sort of bedroom or antechamber, I use those planks to complete the four drawers missing their fronts. I can then open them, somehow I couldn't just access them with their fronts missing (maybe I needed to reach a secret compartment that required the four front planks to be present.)

I don't recall what I found in the drawers/compartment, as I woke up right then. But I decided to imagine how things could've ended, as I like to do after dreams like this.

I'm thinking there would've been a plot twist that put my "honorable" classmate's life in danger, and I could've risked my life to save his. Eventually making him realize that honor and bravery are more than good grades and fighting skills, not that his pride would let him openly recognize that.

Just a heads-up, if you wanna talk about your dreams in detail, there's already a topic.

Anyway, I voted both nightmares and great dreams, because I get a bit of both.

For those who wanna try lucid dreaming, it takes a lotta practice. Even then, you may still have low success rate - that's perfectly normal.

Also, it seems videogames help you with lucid dreaming, but I forgot where I found the original article (must've been one of those "X amazing facts about YYY" websites).

My dreams have been nightmares lately. It had started recently for whatever reason. The worst one was on Tuesday. It was about me being back in high school, treated like garbage like I was when I was there. There was another one, but I don't really feel like sharing that specific nightmare. I just don't want to sleep anymore.

I had a strange dream a few nights ago. I was at some weird birthday party, and i got this creepy robot as a gift. The robot was a variety that would slowly learn how to be more human over time, but at the time i got him he was very unemotional and kinda rude. His head was shaped like a tin can with red lights for eyeballs, and he looked kinda crudely built. I had to keep watching the robot, who kept getting into trouble with everyone at the party. I looked inside his shirt/trap door and i could see a list of "truths" that guide the robot's morals. The dream skipped to an office type setting and i looked at the ground. The rolling office chair i was sitting on smeared an unreadable cursive message on the ground written in raspberry jelly. Supposedly it was from the creator of the robot, telling me that i needed to update the robot's list of truths. Then the dreamskipped to me hanging with a bunch of friends at a drive-thru movie type of setting. Something in the distance exploded and we had to evacuate as fast as we could. For some reason, the robot's head was bound to my letterman jacket and we jumped into our jeep. The jeep started flying but my friend wasn't good at driving, so we crash landed and rolled over in it. Everyone got out, and then i saw a bunch of small toys (one was a blind bag pony, lol!) that had fallen out of the car. I started picking them up and my friend was all like "Ain't nobody got time for dat" and smacked them out of my hand.

the dream ended there :/ my dreams tend to be really abstract, vague, and more based on vibes and feelings than actual logic. this is why the text on the floor was unreadable, yet i was somehow able to know what the message meant. it was all from feeling, just somehow knowing without any reason.

Well, on the road on morning(I wasn't driving mind you) and made do and typed out a doozy of a disjointed mess I had in my phones memo pad, it's so damn weird I'm debating if I should somehow post it.

Who wouldn't like Molestia?

Not a lot of nightmares, but I had a nightmare last month about me being chained in Satan's Torture Chamber. I was chained up because I had a religion. I don't have one, and he didn't believe me, and threw me in the "Death House", where I have to stay in a house for a whole night with things out to kill me, like zombies, mummies, etc... I was in, and I screamed "pleeease wake up, PLEEEASE WAKE UP!!!!". Then, they started appearing. Then, I was morphed to Bikini Bottom, and saw an evil Sandy Cheeks. I don't remember what happened in the rest of the dream. The last memory was me saving a community, and I was on a roof of a church.

I've had a recent dream I want to talk about. I had a dream a few days ago. I was Fluttershy but I don't remember if I controlled her or not. It was based in the winter. The mane 6 were having a snowball fight and they ganged up on her. They threw some at her, and an ICE ball struck her in the nose. She was crying and had a huge gash across her nose...or snout maybe? m not sure. but I know that dreams are supposed to be of things that you've seen. Sometimes my dreams tell me stuff that happens in the future(ok I had one dream like that, but I think this was one too. last time I ha  future dream was when I was 3. so what do you think on this? do you think its going to be something important? or should I just shake it off like nothing? I'm not sure and I don't think I should care about it. and there are so many fanfic options in here!

So the afternoon before last night, I read an article about a veteran's family that was going through tough times, and being moved between several homes after being evicted. Afterward, I had a pretty weird dream in which, for reasons that now don't make sense, I got evicted from home. (I always pay rent, in full, well on time). For one reason or another, my first impulse was not notifying my family, or even workplace, and instead taking pick of which of my positions to carry around, and then finding a hotel to stay the night at so that I could rest, and then figure out what the heck happened. There was an especially weird part where in one of the hotel's hallways, there was a section with just no floor - not broken or anything, just absent. I briefly considered jumping the gap, then instead dropped down to the floor below to find a room there.

Then, I woke up, thinking "Ugh...now I guess I have to explain to work why I wasn't in yesterday" before groggily realizing that I was still in my same bed, and it had all been a dream.

I know I dream every night, but I usually can't qualify each individual dream as being inherently good or bad. My dreams tend to fluctuate weirdly between great highs and terrifying lows... So one minute I'll be chatting with Twilight on the back of a soaring dragon, and the next the dragon will crash-land and decide it wants to eat me while Twilight dissolves into chocolate in the background.

Then I offer the chocolate to the dragon, it pacifies, and we enjoy eating Chocolate Twilight a snack next to a beautiful lake that moments before had been a lake of boiling lava.

...I'm weird.
