What you refer to as deadpan pretty much neutral serious facial expression. I do however typically try to remember having a small smile while neutral yet it's difficult to know if that facial expression stays on you or not.

I always look angry even when I'm not. When I'm thinking or trying to focus on something my brow gets furled and it naturally looks angry. I get angry for real plenty of times but the difference is distinct.

Unless I’m wearing my big dumb toothy smile, people always think I’m mad or grim about something. Usually I’m not, but I guess I look that way when I’m lost in thought or focused on a task.

I always tell people not to try to read my expression because they never get it right. It doesn’t always match what’s going on underneath.

I've been told I look angry/grumpy most of the time. Can't help it unfortunately, but hey, at least it stops people from bothering me.
