Do you follow a daily schedule?

Moonlight

Don't worry, I'm not going to posting that many threads; in fact I might go to bed a little after this.

But, still, do you follow a schedule everyday? I plan on starting to and here's my schedule below:

  • Wake Up (obviously)
  • Exercise
  • Meditate
  • Play Video Games/Watch Something/Browse the Internet
  • Eat Dinner
  • Read for a couple of hours
  • Complete my schoolwork for the day
  • Go to bed
  • Repeat

That's basically it. For those confused, no, I do not eat during Breakfast or Lunch; just not in my interest.

How about you all? If you follow one, of course.

Teh, my schedule is pretty much the same for me, if not, a bit different.

I do follow my schedule most of the times, but I will skip some parts if I have to do something urgent or if I don't feel like it in general.

Kinda. It changes depending on what I have to do that day. Right now I'm not on any particular schedule though I should be but lacking in money from no job makes it hard to keep my eating on any particular schedule and lack of motivation makes it hard to do anything worthwhile so I just sit down and browse interwebz or play video games the rest of the day.

Ehh It depends, I mean some days I follow sorta a schedule, but not really.

I guess I kinda follow a schedule because I wake up, eat, get on the computer, and do other things, maybe practice my trumpet or something.

Bah.

I don't really follow a structured enough schedule, I just do whatever I wanna do frankly. :P.

Yes I do. It's a bit boring.

1. Wake up

2. Wash face, brush teeth, shower (etc.)

3.Dress

4. Play with our new puppy

5. Eat

6. Nap

I nap a lot actually, that takes up a lot.

What is this "schedule" you speak of? It kinda sounds like something the Inquisition would dream up.

I prefer to live in the moment and take things as they come. Also, whenever I plan for anything, even if it's what I'm going to eat in about five minutes, life throws me in the opposite direction.

I lurve naps. It's hard for me to go through a day without naps. When I start getting tired enough to take a nap I start losing focus and interest in everything. Sometimes waking up from naps isn't very comfortable but there are times when the right amount of sleep can make a nap the most beautiful thing in the world.

Yeah, I follow a pretty regular schedule everyday. At least on weekdays.

- Wake up

- Clean up

- Eat some breakfast

- Go to work

- Eat lunch at work

- Work until about 5-6

- Go to the gym

- Dinner

- Free time (forums, etc)

- Sleep

I need to be more exciting. :C

Well... It's not set in stone, but I follow this schedule nearly everyday.

- Wake up, bathroom, breakfast and so on...

- Check internet for news

- If lectures, go to university

- If not, try to learn for exams and such / gaming, reading, internet...

- Lunch

- Walkout, buy some things from grocery etc.

- Learn some more / gaming, reading, internet...

- Dinner

- Meditate / lai-do practice (I'm on my own with that)

- Watch TV / shows, movies on the internet

- Go to sleep

And most of the time, I'm also checking the forums in the background when I'm sitting here on my desk.

My days are too chaotic to follow a schedule. I normally have to prioritize what needs to get done everyday and then go from there, but it changes on a day to day basis. Also during my free time I'm usually doing something different every time because being in a routine/schedule is boring and just doesn't really seem like something I would want to do.

Wake up at about 4:00 take a quick shower, go to work for 8 hours come home shower again do some chores if i have to. Come in sit down browse the internet for a little while then go to bed at about 9:00 and do the same thing all over again..

On the weekends I usually sleep till 2:00 noon wake up and......do nothing except maybe browse the internet for a little while, Or see if anyone around want's to hang out.

I don't follow any exact regular schedule. I usually keep things pretty arbitrary, especially in the summer. However, there is a general, basic structure, that I will outline below.

My summer goes like this:

Step 1: Wake up (anywhere from before 6 am to after 3 pm)

Step 2: Do stuff (usually the computer, but sometimes when I'm feeling adventurous I'll go to the library or something)

Step 3: Go to taekwondo class (only on Mondays and Wednesdays)

Step 4: Hang out at my friend's house (only on most Wednesdays, during this particular summer)

Step 5: Sleep (anywhere from before 9 pm to after 10 am)

During the school year, I have a more precise schedule, since I have to go to school every day. But, I still need times to be arbitrary in order to preserve my sanity. The idea of living by a precise, to the hour schedule every day for months and months terrifies me. I need freedom in life, and part of that is not scheduling out everything I do.

Mine is already pretty much set tho there is some variety here and there. I usually wake up in the morning and go on the net but just lurk more than anything while my gears start grinding into action. Either that or I leave shortly after I wake up to go for a short swim before work. Work then lasts until late afternoon. I then either go to the gym for weight training or go home. I weight train on non-consecutive days to let my body recover.

Weekends are a bit different but I generally end up waking up early despite my best efforts not to. I suspect this is more a summer thing and I'll be able to sleep in a lot more in the winter when it's dark until something like 9am >.> What I do on weekends can vary very easily, but generally take a trip to the cinema if something good is on. Since I pay a monthly subscription, the cost of tickets doesn't concern me at all. Either that or go swimming (a little longer than I would during a weekday morning of course). I might have a lifting day depending on my training schedule.
