If your son/daughter dated a MLP FIM Pony?

If your son/daughter dated a sapient MLP FIM interdimensional alien Pony, both them are teenagers of the same age. 

 

* 1 If he or she is a nice then Pony, then have no issue with it.

 

* 2 Disown your child and throw him or her out into the street.

 

* 3 Demand your child not to be dating non Humans and preach to them why it's wrong.

i wouldn't have anything against it. if my kid loves the pony, then i can't fight that. nothing can fight love.

I would allow my son or daughter to make their own decisions when it comes to love. If it goes down the road of dating a sentient cartoon pony, so be it. I would never disown my descendant over this and preaching would likely be a waste of air.

It's up to them really, I mean by the time they'd be loving for anything they'll be old enough to make most choices.

 

While I don't know how safe it'd be for them to have children, but still.

 

Love is love. And you don't have a lot of control over it.

 

As long as she seems nice and doesn't seem like she's causing any issues i don't think I'll have much reason to get involved much at all.

I wouldn't care who my child dates, as long as whoever he/she is dating treats them nice. I'm open-minded like that. It's their life, so they are free to do whatever they like, as long as they don't get in trouble.

That'd be cool with me. It probably be better than dating a human. Though I'd advise both of them on the challenges they'll face if their relationship were to be public, just to prepare them and keep them safe, y'know?

I don't want my own children, but since that's not the question here, well, if we were in one of those dimensions where frogs and pigs can talk and are in love, I guess I wouldn't care.

I'd immediately start checking for signs of being the butt-monkey in a bad fanfic. I'd be cool with it and all, but you have to cover all your bases.

 

I say that because I'm going to be supporting cast in a bad fanfic, I'm going to damn well make my mark on the audience. I'd go get the most outlandish job I could think of and make sure to always bring it up around them where the viewers would see, and then I'd go befriend my future pony in-laws and we'd go on wacky side-plots.

I wouldn't treat it any differently than if he/she were dating another human. With a daughter I might be a tad more protective but that would be across the board, if they are happy I am all for it.

Well, I don't have kids but I know my parents wouldn't take the idea well at all. My dad is kinda weirded out by the idea of Bronies in the first place, and my mom is concerned that I even show signs of having affectionate feelings toward a MLP pony.

But if the ponies were a part of society, it wouldn't bother me at all. Not that I'd lest society tell me what was right or wrong, but I'd know it was safe and that the ponies were a decent folk.

Personally it would depend, I am not going to stop my son/daughter from dating who they want to date unless they are a danger to my son/daughter. Sure some would frown upon it and think oddly but hey it's all opinions at the end of the day.

That one is tough, taking all things considered I'm an extremly open person would probably pull my kid to the side and warn them about all rhe hardships he's gonna face on both sides it 's gonna be hard , but if it truly makes them happy they'll have my support

I would be very disturbed. Not about a child of mine dating a pony, but about the fact that I have children. I really do not think that would be a good idea...

 

But yeah, I'd have no problem about my hypothetical children dating the ponies. Hell, I may have done it myself.
