  1. Pinkie Pie Applejack Rarity Twilight Rainbow Dash Rarity and Twilight are probably more or less tied in my head, but Rarity's my favorite, so I let her have the nudge up.
  2. I watched starting from the first episode after I watched the song Winter Wrap Up. The first episode I got to watch actually air on tv was Over a Barrel.
  3. When I first switched from IE (it took me embarrassingly long for me to do so) I used FF, but it gave me trouble, and now I use Chrome.
  4. I was born in India, and now I live in the US, so I guess that's my answer =P Within the US, though (since I've spent most of my life here), the farthest I've been is either Florida or Missouri (from New York).
  5. Went to a private college, but before that was purely public school. I had no qualms with it at all. I'm considering trying out online courses for my Master's, but I'm not completely sure on that.
  6. Why is everyone proposing direct one:one switching? I mean, like for example: RD could become AJ, but then AJ could become Rarity; Rarity could become Pinkie; Pinkie Twilight, and Twilight Fluttershy. And Fluttershy ... RD I guess, bringing it full circle. That would be a bit complicated I guess ...
  7. I used to work full time in a microbiology lab for a fortune 500 company. Now I'm working full time as a "data technician" for a medical software company. This is my third week.
  8. 2TB external 1TB external 250GB external 500GB laptop 32GB iPod 16GB smartphone = 3798GB
  9. English is my first language, but I was born into a Hindi-speaking area, so I probably heard a lot of Hindi and knew a few words before I moved to the US when I was 2. I wish I actually did know Hindi, though.
  10. Well my bookshelves are kind of a mess right now, but I can post a picture of my Nancy Drew collection: There's 216 books in there that I started collecting when I was 9 or 10. I'm very proud of this, actually.
  11. My absolute favorite musical is CATS (judge me, I don't care, I get enough crap for it). It's one of my biggest loves; I don't know what I'd be without it. It's my life, my heart, and my soul. CATS is everything to me. My love for CATS is who I am. Same with Les Miserables - I depended on it during my teenage years. And I love the book. Avenue Q is another favorite - it's the musical I've seen the most (let's just say over 20 times). The Secret Garden is my dark-horse favorite. It's not that well known, I guess, but I adored the book in my childhood, and the musical is just as magical. Passion is my most recent favorite. Dark, gritty, and emotional. Full of emotion and heart-wrenching music. The revival this year was one of the best productions of any show I've ever seen. I do love Wicked, too, but I don't like the fandom. I've also seen this one many, many times. However, I love the book more. It's one of my all-time favorites. I can't describe my love for it. Other favorites: A Chorus Line 9 to 5 Shrek (it's sort of dumb, but it's very sweet, and is very much in the spirit of the movie) The King and I Sweeney Todd (not the movie) Jesus Christ Superstar Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
  12. I really have no idea. I assume I'm straight, but I don't think I've ever really been attracted to anyone in any serious way. BUT I don't think I'm asexual, either.
  13. I've always had a fake tree. I would like to have a real tree at least once in my life but I've always been pretty satisfied with the fake one. It's easy to put up and take down, and it comes pre-lit! I'm lazy so that's always a plus.
  14. I usually can do it fine with a drink to wash it down. Sometimes it takes two or three tries, but not usually. I can't dry-swallow a pill very easily on its own ... but apparently you're not supposed to do that anyway.
  15. I'm not a huuuge chocolate lover, but definitely milk chocolate. Preferably with almonds or hazelnuts.
  16. I hate spiders, and I act like I'm afraid of them, though I don't have a real phobia of them. Like, I don't mind pictures of videos of spiders - they're really fascinating, actually - but being with one in person freaks me out way more than it should. Especially the big wolf spiders in the shed out back that I have to deal with every time I have to get the lawn mower (they're probably not actually wolf spiders, but that's what my sister and I call them).
  17. As for myself, only a couple of small bumps with other cars, and I wasn't the one driving in either of those cases. One of my best friends was in a really bad accident several years ago. A car hit him, and he spent months in the hospital, and had significant brain damage and loss of memory, as well as chronic pain and motor impairment that continues today. It was an incredibly hard thing to deal with, but he's a lot stronger now, physically and emotionally. It also took a huge toll on our friendship, but thankfully we're past that and good as ever.
  18. I pronounced it as Jif even before I knew that's how it was supposed to be pronounced. Saying it with a hard G sounds wrong to me, as Jif sounds wrong to most other people. It never crossed my mind to pronounce it that way until I discovered there was a whole debate about it. I don't know why people are using "but Graphic is a hard G!" argument ... I don't see how that matters if we're using gif like it's its own word. Pronounce it as gee-eye-eff if you're going to go that route.
  19. I would say green - and more specifically, I would have said seafoam green, but tbh I don't really know what seafoam green is really supposed to look like.
  20. Literally only one person knows. She thought it was weird, and she definitely judged me for it. Still does. However, it's not surprising that I would like a show like this, so it's not like it's too weird ... but it's weird enough that I don't talk about it with her ever.
  21. I can never decide!! Both magic and flight appeal to me. It's a really tough choice for me ... Although ... I have two ponysonas (based on my nonpony 'sonas), one of whom is a pegasus, and the other an Earth pony. So maybe by default I should just go with unicorn for my actual self.
  22. My absolute favorite is At The Gala. Other favorites are: Find a Pet Becoming Popular Flim Flam Brothers Ballad of the Crystal Empire A True True Friend
  23. I rather like fandom titles, and do use several for myself, but brony is not one of them. I'm just too passive of a fan. MLP is entertainment for me, not an obsession. I have enough actual obsessions in other fandoms =P On the other hand/hoof, if someone means 'brony' in just the sense of any fan of the show, I don't mind being lumped into that group. But if the connotation of obsession is there, then no.
