  1. This is just a question off the top of my head, but does anyone keep a journal of their events as a Brony? Take a wild guess why I'm asking...yes I do keep a separate journal for my events in the fandom (I have a regular journal as well). So what about you guys? Do any of you have journals about being a Brony? (Bonus question: Would anyone actually read the journal if I edited it a bit (mainly the names being removed amongst other things) and put it somewhere? I think it's at least fairly interesting.)
  2. This. My thoughts on the idea of ponies coming to Earth. As messed up as it is, there really wouldn't be any safe way for a colorful, talking pony to live on Earth. Even if the pony were carefully watched over (like in MLD), there'd always be the risk of the pony being seen, and most likely a negative outcome because of it.
  3. Cyanide. My favorite drink is without a doubt Lemonade. I've always loved it since I was young, and it's still my favorite beverage today.
  4. Sounds like the same kind of group I deal with at my school. Your situation isn't uncommon, in fact, it's probably very common. To have a bunch of idiotic teenagers saying bad things about something they know nothing about isn't a new concept. Just carry on, maybe end up converting one or two of them, and in the end things will work out.
  5. Actually I did a poll like this a while back. To reiterate my opinion, I'd prefer to remain a human. I'm just comfortable in my own skin, thank you very much. Becoming a pony just doesn't really appeal to me.
  6. It's a tough call. On one hand, it's freaking Equestria, what's not to love about that? On the other, it would mean leaving behind my friends and family and starting anew (I'm assuming I could never return). In the heat of the moment, I'd probably do it anyways, because then I'd get to meet the Mane 6, see the sights there, explore, and so much more. Of course I'd probably want to live somewhere in Ponyville, that way I'd be closer to my (hopefully) new friends. The only downside would be explaining my presence to the princesses. I can't really see that going well... Oh yeah, and the lack of internet would be a disadvantage as well. Same with eating meat (some animals eat fish there, so I think I'd be alright in that respect, but still, you never know).
  7. I'm with you on 1, 2, and 4 (not so much the third one). I'm just glad now when I think of "Twilight", I don't have to imagine an emo vampire and a depressed teenager falling in love. That alone is an achievement.
  8. I joined February 4, 2012. I can't say I became a Brony all on my own, because it was someone else's work that convinced me to actually watch the show. I remember being home alone one Saturday, still a Non-Brony, although I did occasionally watch 5 second clips of the show people uploaded of one of the characters saying a simple phrase. I had heard about a story called "My Little Dashie" through the comments and video responses and thought "Hey, why not? I'll give it a shot." A few hours later, I watched the show for the first time. I kind of already knew I'd love it, so it was no surprise when I found myself enjoying it. Now I'm working on a few other people. I'll get there....eventually...
  9. Yes. I've always wanted to meet at least one of the Mane 6 (especially Fluttershy), but it will never happen. So yeah, that's kind of- no, it's really sad.
  10. Yes. I've beaten it twice already, and I can personally tell you it was a blast all the way through. Great story, great characters, and great endings.
  11. Glad I'm not the only plain cheese pizza fan here. Yeah, I don't really like pepperoni on my pizza (at least, not after I found out what it's made out of. No, let me correct that, I saw what it's made out of).
  12. I didn't really get into music until my teen years, and now I love it and have a ton of music on my iPod. Everything from modern pop artists, to video game soundtracks and, of course, MLP: FiM music (inspired by the show, at least).
  13. This is...actually surprisingly well thought out. You put in methods and reasons for the Mane Six members' breakdowns and how they could Pinkie Pie in making the cupcakes, so for that I definitely give you props. That said, I am not going to write this. I'll let somepony else do it.
  14. I never really liked sports personally, so naturally watching them isn't all that entertaining, either. The same goes for sports video games, not really into them.
  15. Definitely cubed. Everything's better in cubes anyways, even games. Okay, Minecraft joke aside, I've always prefered solid blocks or cubes of ice, not crushed ice, that doesn't stay in the cup as well when drinking.
  16. Another topic about if girls are considered "Bronies". Simply put it, article 22 of the Bro Code reads: "There is no law that prohibits a woman from being a Bro." End of story.
  17. Pizza without a doubt. I don't think I could ever get tired of eating pizza. Well, that and chicken breasts (with Masterpiece barbecue sause). In fact, they're sort of in a tie for favorite food.
  18. Nope, I haven't been banned from any websites. But I have received a warning on YouTube about copyright infringment. On royalty-free music. Fail.
  19. True. Besides, this is a big corporation we're talking about here. Most aren't exactly famous for their quality marketing. If they can sell crap, they'll make crap. If anyone dares to take away from their money (even if they're not), those people will be in trouble. It's illogical thinking at it's finest.
  20. In "Read it and Weep", Rainbow Dash complains that, upon being told she needs to stay in the hospital for a few days, "Few days? Might as well be a few months, or few years!" Get the reference now? Also, keep in mind that he had just seen the episode a few days back, so it was still fairly fresh in his mind, so I wasn't surprised that he got the reference.
  21. It might (will) take some work, gradual work that is, but I may just be able to make a Brony out of him. I feel very confident in the fact that he does have an idea of what quality is, so there's always that chance.
  22. Eh, sorry about my previous response, I thought "Dan" was a type for "that" (I've seen autocorrect to worse). The "Nerd^3" thing was just something I came up with off the top of my head, not a reference to the YouTube channel. Looking back at it, I probably should have used my nickname I go by: "Bro T" (take a guess where I came up with that, considering my last initial is a "T").
  23. I don't believe anyone would become a hater because of this, that's too extreme. Either way, I'm still here, as are many other Bronies. Don't worry about those who left.
  24. 1. Rainbow Dash. She could "accidentally" see the other ponies' cards. 2. Rainbow Dash. I'm not exactly a thrill seeker like she is. 3. Rarity. She just seems the most romantic of the Mane 6. 4. Twilight Sparkle. She had the best relationship (as far as the show has told), so it seems most likely that she would reunite with them. Especially after she's become an alicorn. 5. Fluttershy. I don't believe I need to give any further explanation. 6. Fluttershy. She seems the least able to defend herself if something were to go wrong, and going into the Everfree Forest is dangerous enough as it is.
  25. Basically anything from the Sonic games. They always have at least a few tracks per game I like. "Live and Learn", "Open Your Heart", "His World", and basically all of the level and boss themes are excellent.
