1. Chicken
I usually eat chicken at least 3 times a week. That may be bad, but it would have to be my favorite. You could put it in tacos, burriots, salads, sandwiches, pasta, etc. Basically, it's tasty.
2. Pasta
Generally it's easy to make and you could mix anything with it to add flavor.
3. Fish
Fish or seafood has to be in my top 3 or 5 list. If it's grilled, it is so healthy and it tastes good. Don't forget to add lemon!
