I'll third that. It's much harder to pick a favorite when all three movies are included. Lemon Zest is my new favorite but I don't know if she beats Sonata from RR or Sunset from all three movies.

I have to say sunset shimmer but in Rainbow Rocks they went out of their way to make her adorable, i do however still prefer Aria's punk rock style, i hope the dazzlings make a come back with Sonata as a neutral character and Aria in a leadership role, don't know where Adagio would be.

I think it's Twilight, but then it's hard to decide between her and Sunset. In the second and third movies, there's just something absolutely adorable about Sunset's eyes. Then again, it's Twilight.

So, for me, I sort of have a different answer for each of the 3 movies, hehe... And it's also hard to choose just one for each, let alone one overall... hahaha  ... But I'll use this post to choose more than one, and try to vote for my overall fav.

EQG1: Fluttershy pretty much takes the cake.   

EQGRR: Adagio... Just... Hnnngg...
