At what age did you first learn about sex?

Around 5-6. I've never had "the talk", I just found out on my own.

Literally I didn't know about it until 6th grade. Yeah my parents never bothered to tell me about sex to my twin brother and I. I learned about it in health class. My reaction was "what the heck is this? This is scary!" Lol.

I believe I learned about it when I was 7-8 since I kept hearing people talk about it so I just looked it up on the Internet.  My parents never gave me "the talk" though.

Well i'll just put spoiler tag on this one

It wasn't sex education. I started doing that stuff at either 10 or 11 years of age. But i won't go into closer details. Basically i figured it out on my own, although i didn't go close into girl's anatomy or stuff like that. It was just generally sexual pleasure that i discovered.

First, I learned that women had to go through pain to give birth to a child at the age of 9. By Middle School, I knew there was something in my father that had to meet something in my mother to make me. At the time, my parents didn't want to talk about "physical contact." They told me my naked father would hook up to a machine that would take the "seed" from my father. Then my mother would hook up to the machine to retrieve my father's seed.

I finally learned the truth as a freshman in High School at age 14. I wasn't too shocked or horrified!

My parents told me about it at a very young age. My mom said that she believes it's good to be taught about the pros and cons young so you know better once you're older. I personally agree with her, because this one girl at school didn't understood much about sex and wasn't educated about safety and she ended up pregnant. I don't plan to have sex until I'm over 18, safer and I would trust my partner more at that age. I plan to get intimate with someone who I love, not some random person who I won't even remember once I'm older. :/

I learned it both ways, lololol

I was taught when I was 9.... though I didn't know how to preform until I was 11..... hehehe I still remember my reaction to learning about that..... I didn't say it out loud I thought of it though...... "wait I'm actually suppose to stick it in there?!"...... after I learned how I decided to stay a virgin and to this day I still am.... but not for the same reason....

Movies, sex ad and internet. Since as early as I remember.

I guess I was fairly eased into it, which is the way I believe is the right way, no "the talk".

But I have always found it funny with Americans and their relationship to this stuff, it's so uptight :D

About 5 or 6. First heard about it from kids at school, asked my mom, only got a few vague details.

So, of course I went to the internet, and learned about it that way.

You read about sex on the internet when you were five or six?! That's surprising!

If I had a question nobody wanted to answer, internet it was. It's how I learned a lot of things at that age.

When I was 11, my 9 year old friend told me that babies don't just come from "your parents praying for one" (yes, that's what I really thought back then)

Our school nurse also came in and gave us sexual education. So yeah, my parents just expected me to learn somehow and never explained to me any of this stuff, even until this day.

When I was ten years old, some random guy on the internet linked me to an extremely inappropriate website. He told me it was "Gamer information and it was about video games."

Well, one click and I was transferred onto a website covered in women's and men's anatomy. o-o

Later that day I looked up stuff on the internet about it. Whoops.. :T

Grade 6 sex ed. I still had no idea what it was about, the class only discussed the negative things that could happen because of unprotected sex. The whole time, I was wondering why anyone would bother with all that crap to deal with. Whatever it was they did...

I can't remember when I smartened up. I can guarantee you that it was thanks to the internet though and not my parents or teachers, thankfully.

I'm similar, I can't remember when I first knew. We where taught in school but I'm fairly certain I knew by that point.

I mean, at max it was first year of high school, so maybe like aged 10? I was pretty clueless till ages 12-13 tho...

:umad::blush:

I learned about it at an very young age (around 2 - 4 years old) because I actually walked into my dad's room while he was doing "it" with some unknown women!

I'm going to live a very weird life

I was 9. A school trip i took had a 13 year-old boy sitting next to me and i started a conversation and then he used a certain phrasing to describe his favorite activity (claiming he was "an expert"), and i couldn't understand what he was on about. When I asked him about it, he explained the whole thing.

Three or four.  My brother is ten years older than me, and he would often pick movies that alluded to sexual acts, I picked up on what was happening quickly. It really messed me up. My parents would watch these movies with me I think they may have forgotten that I was in the room... I was a very confused little girl.

Can't remember what age unlearned about sex but I remember it being sometime during my early elementary school days or a bit earlier.

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.
