So lets say that ponies wanted to go to earth and explore(being friendly, of course,) And then humans come and Decide to capture them, and experiment. The ponies retaliate, and a war may start, Who would you support?

whichever you choose it will end in the total annihilation of this planet as if human's think they will loose they have the potential to launch 16,000 nukes and about 800 is all it take's to destroy the ozone layer and render the planet uninhabitable and if the pony's think they might loose they can launch the sun at are planet destroying it entirely.

 

Pony's have magic which can count for a lot but in the last 3,400 years humans have been at war for 3232 of them(and that's only the one's we remember) human's have more weapons then people to use them and are weapons are very good at what they do.also as far as I can tell there are a lot more humans then pony's

personally I think if no one use's super weapons then humans would annihilate them, because we are a naturally war like race however they might be able to find a way back to Equestria and if they do we will be unable to follow them meaning if they do throw the sun at us we will die and they may live.

interesting, stay with the people that have a billion nukes and are your original species, or join a species of cartoon characters that have magic.

totally going with ponies, fight for freedom, fight for rights, when the cartoon horses enter our world and have the ability to speak and think intelligently, they are entitled to their own rights as a living breathing thing. however magic will possibly put them higher in the order of the world powers and the food chain, humans will not like that so this will most likely be a brutal battle unless somehow piece is to come between the 2.

 

this would be a great fan fic story.

a feeling of warmth and inner peace comes over her as celestias hoof slowly drops into her sisters.

For the second question. Neither side. Because as @@Trottermare Galamane, mentioned, the war would probably end up annihilating this planet so I don't really care. Though if there was a chance at survival if I taken one side, I'd definitely take that side.

If you really want to get deep, Incorporate different ways of communication, and how they communicate. Humans have internet, and  can spread info quick, but pegasus ponies can fly far distances and can spread info too, just not as fast. Ponies act on things faster. Humans though, will go through things carefully, maybe not acting for a while, but humans will act to their best. There is about 7 billion people on earth, we do not know the amount of ponies. That makes it hard for humans to see how much they need, or what they need.

ponies can fight on ground and air. Humans can fight on ground, air, and water. humans have anti-aircraft weapons, Ground weapons, explosives, and ships and subs, they also have, water weapons. Unicorns have spells, and also, remember this, Dimensions are different, our dimension has science and GOD that run the , while pony dimension has FOUR powerful alicorn princesses. Conditions would be different in our dimension.

Such a conflict would not be strictly human vs ponies because I'm quite sure that many people would also oppose to such experimentation (however I would assume that such experiments would be hidden by governments so whether general public would know about this at all is questionable).

 

Because ponies are sentient, I would prefer to have them treated fairly. If ponies were not sentient and not prone to extinction, then, despite my bias towards ponies, I would take the stance of not caring whether experiments were done onto them because sentient being master race.

 

However, if this were strictly a conflict between the two species and the goal being extinction of the other, then I would have to side with humans. In this case, even if humans began the conflict by pony experimentation, the ponies' desire to annihilate an entire specie because of the death of a few far exceeds justice and goes into total genocide; neither side would be more 'good' than the other.

If you really want to get deep, Incorporate different ways of communication, and how they communicate. Humans have internet, and  can spread info quick, but pegasus ponies can fly far distances and can spread info too, just not as fast. Ponies act on things faster. Humans though, will go through things carefully, maybe not acting for a while, but humans will act to their best. There is about 7 billion people on earth, we do not know the amount of ponies. That makes it hard for humans to see how much they need, or what they need.

ponies can fight on ground and air. Humans can fight on ground, air, and water. humans have anti-aircraft weapons, Ground weapons, explosives, and ships and subs, they also have, water weapons. Unicorns have spells, and also, remember this, Dimensions are different, our dimension has science and GOD that run the , while pony dimension has FOUR powerful alicorn princesses. Conditions would be different in our dimension.

Tough one, my very first (and very blunt) decision was to side with the ponies, but I went through the replies and their justifications and decided to think more of it. Long story short, Scene 1: Go on the ponies' side and attempt to stop it from that end, controversy and everyone will take care of this end; Scene 2: Humans if I'm forced to take a side immediately, though if I could I'd try visiting the ponies' side to see how more current world problems could be solved, should they have the solutions, and ultimately deciding whom I should fight for based on the future.
