general Last night’s sleep

Please describe the quality of your sleep last night. When did you go to bed and how long did you sleep? Did you fall asleep quickly or did it take a while? Did you sleep soundly or were you up at all hours? Did you dream? What was the nature of any dreams you had? Were your dreams vivid or do you remember them at all? Did you wake up refreshed? Please give us a rundown of your general excursions in Sleep Mode.

I had a dream about a special friend named Katie.

I went to bed around 1:30 am and slept for 8ish hours. Took me about 15 minutes to fall asleep. Slept relatively sound. Slept on and off after 6 when an alarm went off and I started hearing other things. Most of my dreams were pleasant and personal :mlp_smug:, bit one included me being at a Walmart with massive live fish tank the size of a house, similar to the concept of bringing home a live lobster, only they also had seals present, but not as food. It was very cool. I have a tendency to dream very vividly and be lucid. I woke up fine, could have slept a bit more, and a little less stiff. Worst part was in had an allergy attack soon after, and it's allergies that are keeping me up right now at 2:21 am.

I think it was past 4:00 AM when I fell asleep last night, so I only got less than 4 hours of sleep that night. I didn't quite feel fresh when I woke up but my mother informed me of what time it was (RIGHT before online school started) which gave me some momentum to move forward.

Was tired and shut my electronics down at around 2 am... woke up at 7:30  . Feel pretty good. That’s usually how it goes. No dreams I can remember.

I didn’t stay up to watch YouTube like normal cause I was too tired from work. I ended up having a dream about having a scavenger hunt in the grocery store hosted by one of my parents. I was in the lead up until the last item where I was tied with my sibling. I tried to trick them to make them get the wrong item but they didn’t fall for it and we ended up just arguing and screaming. We eventually all went home and gave up and started apologizing to each other a lot.

It was around midnight when I fell asleep last night. Woke up at around 7:45am this morning. Sounds like a good rest, but I woke feeling pretty tired and struggled getting myself out of bed. Not really sure what the reason for that was, but I've always been a fairly light sleeper. I often wake up momentarily throughout the night and this can lead to my body not getting enough deep rest with continuous interruptions. My main issue is just getting my brain to shut off. Too many distracting thoughts.

Tell me about it :bea: Another issue I have is getting way too warm at night, so lately I've tried to strip my bed of most of my blankets before I go to sleep.

I think I fell asleep some time after one last night, possibly even after 1:30 and then I woke up at like, 6:20 or so :muffins: I feel extremely tired right now :mlp_yeehaa:

I was dead tired before I went to bed. I was sitting upright, reading, when I suddenly realized I had blacked out spontaneously and was starting to dream. I snapped out of it, found myself still sitting rigidly upright (and not even sure my eyes were closed) and put down my book. I went to bed around 9:30 am (my usual time when I'm not working), at which point I naturally started to snap out of it and wander into thoughts of Japanese verb conjugation and other such sleep-deflective topics. Eventually I did fall asleep and remained that way for 12 and a half hours, with only one quick trip to the little tiled room in the hall as an intermission. I didn’t dream much though; it was pretty much a long blackout without much character beyond that.

I went to bed at around 11 and woke up around 7 - I always wake up early since I don’t have a curtain for my window :P. But then I just lie in bed for another hour half-asleep, half-awake.

It took me a little while to fall asleep since I had gone for a walk earlier and was still kinda sweaty. Sometimes when that happens I have to take another shower before sleeping but last night I was too lazy, so I just turned the air conditioning down very low instead :P

Not the best night. I was to bed on 1:30 AM and fall asleep really fast. But I woke up (I don't know when it was, I guess somewhere around 3 AM) because we had a thunderstorm (the third in row). I needed a little bit time until I fall asleep again. And than, I was woke up at 8 AM because my neighbour had craftsman who start to sawing some tiles. And after I closed my window, I also needed time to fall asleep again. And than, I slept until 11 AM. I feel kinda tired.

I went to sleep at 1am (thanks to forum) and woke up at 9am. For the last week I've been sleeping surprisingly well and had dreams almost every night and still remember some of them (and all of them are bizarre af)

I went to sleep at like 2am thanks to the forum, discord, youtube, etc. and woke up at 9am. Slept surprisingly well, and didn't constantly wake up during the night.
