Want to be petted by a particular pony? How vigorously do you wish to be petted. 

My winter coat is molting so I could do with a vigorous petting. (Let's say for the sake of this you don't have to be human  )

Yeah, I don't think hooves would feel good unless they've recently had a manicure. Think really thick nails that people walk on.

But hugs would be great, of course!

Personally I’d love to be pet by a pony as long as they’re careful! They’re super cute, but their hooves are very hard so I’m not trying to get a concussion, haha! Otherwise, pony pats are 100% welcome here!

Well it depends on the pony and how hard they go because their hooves are hard. Basically, yes if they are willing to be careful.

Yes, this.  But unicorns need to be super careful.  There are number of nuzzling scenes in the show that only work in 2-D, but if it was real, then somebody would obviously be getting impaled.

Real ponies, probably not. MLP ponies with them squishy marshmallow hooves, I don't think I'd complain.

You know, I can't find any pictures of ponies petting humans. Plenty of pictures of humans petting ponies. That doesn't seem fair.

Not really. With their hard hooves I imagine it would be like repeatedly bashed on the head with a ping pong paddle.

Only if the pony was a pony that I had a good relationship with or a pony that I knew well.
