I've seen pictures of that before.  That's Seth's Trixie collection.  A shame, since he doesn't even like Trixie that much; he's stated in interviews that he just likes her as a joke.

And Volt Tackle was effective?

No, obviously, but it is also a move with 120 power, 100% accuracy, and if you Swap Skill over the ability Magic Guard or Rock Head, no recoil damage. Which therefore makes it as powerful as a lot of moves with only 5 power points, but instead, it has 15. With a much MUCH higher accuracy in most cases.
