general media Scariest Creepypastas? (NOT for people easily scared)

Well, it's 3:00 here in Germany and I can't fall asleep. Too much pony on my mind.

Anyways, I have a question. Are there my creepypastas that kept you all awake at night?

CreepyPastas don't usually have much of an effect on me. I haven't read  a whole lot of them, but most of the seemingly popular ones; Jeff the Killer, Slender Man, The Ticket Taker(or whatever it was), BEN, Smile.dog, etc.

However, SCP-106 and Smile.dog did freak me out a good bit. But, for Smile.dog, it was the image, not the actual CreepyPasta. For SCP-106, it was partially the CreepyPasta, but mostly what he was like in SCP CB. Gods, he was so damn freaky; he's probably the only thing that has ever truly kept me up at night due to fear...

BEN Drowned kept me up at night for a good week, I couldn't even sleep without seeing the bastard's creepy stare, whether it was in the dark or in my head

I'm not really much of a creepy pasta reader, but I will admit that a few SCP entries have ocassionally kept me up at night. SCP-106 and 096 really creeped me out for a while.

Jeff the killer and Ben downed. Ok, not Jeff. I do have his face in my mind, but Ben only kept me awake for 1 night. I eventually went to sleep.

Only recently heard of creepypastas, and don't really pay attention to them to be honest.  Think the creepiest one I heard was about a preview session between animators for a Spongebob Episode with the creepypasta titled Squidward's Suicide.

Well...I never got freaked out by any creepypasta, since they all are quiet generic and repetitive, though I remember when I was about 9 or 10 finding out about the Tails Doll, which scarred me for a couple of months until I got over it, I slept with a lamp on after that. Though now I look at a picture of the Tails Doll at midnight without any effect at all.

Creepypasta are only as scary as you imagine it. The way I stop getting paranoid and nervous after watching an especially scary story is by imagining what discord or the mane 6 would do to the antagonist (slendy, jeff the killer ect.) To defeat or stop them (troll and annoy in discords case). Jeff the killers story used to be really creepy to me, now I barely react to seeing him or reading about him. Sorry if this sounds off topic, just thought I would help give some of you tips on how to sleep soundly.

Ghost Caught on Tape kept me awake.

Nah, just kidding, it isn't a creepypasta. Just a screamer video. Actually, none of the creepypastas actually affect my sleeping habits. Sure, I might stay up for a while but I go to sleep and don't skip a night or two.

Hey, who said I can't have an opinion?

Autopilot. That was the name of the story. Even though it didn't keep me awake at night, (nothing can stop me from sleeping) it made me think. A lot. It wasn't particularly scary. It wasn't a monster story. It just made me realise how easily we forget things. And how that can lead to terrifying consequences.

Another Creepypasta, though I can't remember its title, scared the crud out of me. There was a doll, or face, or something, outside of the guy's window. It wouldn't stop smiling. When he tried to cover it with the blinds, it got angry and beat on the window, trying to break through it. So the man left the blinds open. He couldn't sleep because he knew it was watching him. The last paragraph went something like this.

That's why I'm writing this. To help keep my sanity. I can feel him. He's sitting right behind me. He's watching me type.

And it ended. Freaking scary stuff man. That didn't keep me awake either, but I can still remember my chills when I read that...

I read those to go to sleep, no joke. Reading makes me tired and sometimes I'll read some random creepypasta before bed.

They're all so repetitive and rely on the same form of scares to try to freak you out... doesn't work on me.

So true... So very very true. Most creepypastas in general are pretty repetitive and generic bu gaming pastas are the worst. Thankfully ther's still the occasional diamond in the rough.
