Would the Ponies take us in as refugees?

 

Say in the event Earth is under attacked by an Alien race, which preys on weak non galactic civilizations, that enslaves entire species, turning them into mindless drones for war and has committed genocide on millions of sapient species across the galaxy for billions of years.

 

Meanwhile Celestia safe in another universe watches (using magic) in horror as the Alien forces us to fight in a desperate war of survival, using our own former Humans (now mindless enslaved drones) against us.

 

Would Celestia take us in as refugees through a portal to the safety of Equestria? And once she's gathered enough Humans close the portal. And not fight the Alien in the near future, (She knows she can't win these Aliens in a war) but at least do something to save a species from extinction. Even though these Aliens don't have the ability to open transdimensional portals unlike she can.

 

Or leave us to our fate? Thinking it's too dangerous to help.

I imagine she would try and help. She would save as as many of us as she safely could, but I do not know how many that would be.

Just about a viable population, in which Humanity can recover and rebuild itself along side the Ponies. With our technology and our Pony friends magic we can one day reclaim Earth and defeat the Aliens that attacked us and free all the enslaved species.

As much as I hate/love to admit, Princess Molestia Celestia WOULD try to save us, as she knows how good we are with le technology.

The only problem I'm seeing is that...well, we have no hands. Of course, magic saves that, but still, most of us could be Earth ponies or pegasi- neither can use magic and both have hooves so that's a no there. And there would be...actually, about 20% of the humans that come to Equestria will probably be Unicorns, while the rest be either Earth ponies or Pegasi.

I don't see this working, but I doubt Celestia would just let us die like that.

But yes we have things that ponies would never have imagined! technology, rockets and space shuttles to retrieve Luna if she causes trouble again! The pony race should let us to our fate. But unfortunately they couldn't let us die... They are cute, the cute things doesn't tend to kill very often. Well, except for King Sombra, but he wasn't even a proper character nor a living being as a result.

So I would be the first to give them all my history books to let them know how selfish, dangerous and corrupt the humanity could be under certain circumstances. The humanity does not worth the risk.

If it doesn't work the way I was planning to, which most probably wouldn't. So then I would have to stealthily close the portal, as last resource. And then jump to the other side ,in a epic way, yelling "Noooooo!" before it closes.
Once in the human side again, I'll be ready to face my fate, which by the way will be a hungry horde of human b*st*rds trying to kill me due the closed portal.

They probably have murderers and rapists too, we have to remember that MLP is a kids show so we have no way to know whether they exist or don't exist. There aren't any murderers or rapists in Postman Pat either, but does that mean there are no human murderers or rapists?  And we know for a fact they have 'haters'. Take Sombra for example. He was a pretty angry guy.

 

Of course, you could argue that we don't see Equestria outside the show like we see the human world outside of Postman Pat (I'm regretting this example, but it was the only thing I could think of), and therefore it's perfect, like it's show in the show. Only it isn't, is it? We've seen that they're capable of Racism (Using Mule as an insult) and Elitism (Canterlot). Also, the show doesn't show us everything, not by a long shot. For all we could know, there could be massive slums in Manehattan.

Celestia  would just reopen the portal and save Humanity. And then call you misanthropic meanie, and put you in jail for attempting to commit genocide on your own species.

 

Again, Xenolestia. Is she good? She commits genocide on all the non Pony races of Equestria and invades other universe to commit even more genocide.

Celestia would probably try to help. But it depends on how much they know about us.

If they know anything about us, I doubt they'd let just about anyone live in Equestria.

 

Not that I think that they have no concept of murder or rape, theft... They have "royal guards". They probably have criminals in Equestria other than the occasional overpowered villain. But, beside my opinion that they do have a "better society", I guess that they prefer to deal with theirs and not let more in.

You shouldn't worry that much about it. It's just my point of view. I could be wrong about it, don't you think? At least you could say that Sombra was a mysterious character regarding his past. Which, I think, may be a solid answer to justify his lack of development aswell.

I imagine she would save us, yes. Though I agree with a few other people here. Being what we are, some of us might do bad things to their world or scientists could take ponies hostage and run tests on them. Wether they saved our lives or not, we have to remember, when the chance arises, people take great measures to build and do research. Being that we would be in a whole new universe, you could imagine how crazy people would get over something that everyone, or most, believe to be a regular TV show.

I truly believe that she would NOT help us. Now this seems a bit harsh, but if she opens the portal she risks letting in enemies as well as friends. She would also have to think about the well being of all of the ponies and how bringing in humans could effect them. Not only that, but many humans would not appreciate the help and would most likely be threats to the ponies in the future.

Yea I think she'd help a small number of Humans Bronies.  I say Bronies because unless she just happened to feel a disturbance in the friendship and tune into our universe as the attack began I would think that she would know that humans are a very destructive species, and have caught wind of her massive fanbase, thus learning that there were some humans she could trust to not screw up her planet when we get there.

 

My logic is probably flawed somewhere, but if it gives me a slightly higher chance of seeing Equestria than I'll still go with it.
