Who was your FIRST favorite pony?

Believe it or not I actually didn't have a favourite pony until the first Equestria Girls movie came out, ever since then Sunset Shimmer has been my favourite pony. :3

im not sure it is valid, but my favourite from the start is Princess Luna/Nightmare Moon, because she is misunderstood. also she has practically the same backstory as Loki from avengers and hes really hot!

My first favorite was Fluttershy, because she's cute. Later on, I asked myself "Is her cuteness the only reason why I like her? Should I be favoring characters because of their physical appearance?" and a bit later came to the conclusion that I do like Fluttershy, but identify more closely with Applejack (new best pony) and Rarity. Also I found out that Rainbow Dash is worst pony.

I chose Fluttershy as my favorite pony because I could relate to her most. At least, I thought I could. As the show went on, though, I noticed I shared a lot more similarities with Twilight Sparkle, mostly during the episode Lesson Zero. Like Twily, I panic over the smallest of things and cause myself even more crippling anxiety. She became extremely precious to me, and I've loved her very much since. Even though she may not hold the favorite pony position, Fluttershy will always be appreciated for getting me to watch more episodes of MLP and discovering a pony as awesome as Twi.

My first favorite pony was Twilight Sparkle.  But I slowly begun liking other ponies more than her.  For example, I now like Princess Celestia and Sunset Shimmer more than her.

Initially my favorite pony in general was Rainbow Dash and while she is still my favorite of the mane 6 there is a certain reality warping god of chaos and a deadpan-snarker of a purple dragon(with bad characterization in episodes centered around him) that have overtaken everything else. Pinkie and her reality breaking however brings her higher on the list.

My favorite pony has always been Luna (And when I saw the first episodes Nightmare Moon became one of my favorite pony too). But my first favorite mane 6 was Rainbow dash (Now I find her annoying xD) and now it's Fluttershy.

More recently though, Applejack has won me over. He deadpan, tell-it-like-it-is attitude appeals to me, and she's usually the voice of reason anytime she's not butting heads with rainbow dash.

Mines been Princess Luna. Oddly enough xD My first episode was the Canterlot Wedding and soon as I saw a princess that came out during the night and was a dark blue. I didnt realllly care about back ground or anything like that all I knew is there was a Night Princess and I liked it!

Interesting (but not surprising) that Rainbow Dash ranks so highly here.  Being the most "boyish", and this being a Brony site...but honestly, I've always found her a bit off-putting.  I know she's a tomboy, but wow...sometimes I find myself startled mid-episode when someone refers to her as "she" and I think, "Oh...oh right, she's a...girl.  Riiight."  IDK, somehow she seems the least believable to me, out of the Mane Six.

 

Anyhow, I suppose Rarity was my FIRST favorite, built on great S1 episodes like "Suited for Success" and "Green Isn't Your Color".  But now, I'd say Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy are tied for favorite.  "Keep Calm and Flutter On" and "Pinkie Pride" really helped seal the deal on these two, for me.

I became a Brony in between Season 1 and Season 2. I watched every episode in order, but I didn't have a favorite pony until "A Dog and Pony Show" (which made Rarity my favorite.) As Season 2 went on, Twilight was getting closer and closer to being my favorite and by the time Season 2 ended, I joined team Twilight Sparkle.

That would be Scootaloo Out of the Mane 6, though, it'd be Pinkie Pie. It then became Twilight, before settling with Rarity.

I fell in love with Twilight's nerdiness when I first started watching FiM. ^^ But the I started leaning towards Applejack...

Fluttershy was my first favorite pony. She reminded me of myself, with being super shy and what not plus the love for animals.

 

Then it was Pinkie for the longest time, changed to Twilight and now my favorite pony is Dashie. That's not gonna change. She's my bae. <3

I think my first favorite was Applejack. Only because I watched the episodes in order and Episode 4 was an Applejack focus episode. After I got through all the episodes, I think I like the mane 6 more or less evenly.
