    I saw this a few weeks ago when it leaked early and I thought fans of Pinkie Pride (which I'm not a fan of) would be disappointed, which seems to be the case.

    Damn. I really like Equestria Girls too. I feared Sunset's Backstage Pass would be the last special but I was hoping for at least one more.

    It was one of my least favourite Equestria Girls specials/movies, but I still liked it a lot, which probably goes to show how much I like EG.

    I loved it. It might possibly be my favourite Equestria Girls of all time - and I'm including the four movies in that. Sure, the basic plot is borrowed/stolen from a famous movie, but that's easily forgiven since this special manages to do something really good with the concept. And it features one of my favourite ever Equestria Girls songs - if not the favourite.

    I don't post here often, but I always like to drop by every so often, and I'm determined to always be a brony. It bothers me that so many people drift away from the fandom never to be seen again, and I'm determined to be relied upon to never to be one of those people. So If I'm not still active on the forum in five years' time, you all have my permission to hunt me down and drag me back.

    Despite being wonderfully cheesy I loved it. I loved it because it was so cheesy. It's exactly what I want from Equestria Girls. It's always been FIM's geeky, uncool cousin.

    The fandom won't completely die. There are plenty of people like me who are still going to be part of the fandom long after G4 has ended. I'm not going to stop loving the show any time soon. And I'm sure I'm going to love G5 too. Btw I was another latecomer - I got into the show in late 2015.

    I'll give it another watch before I come to a proper conclusion (I always watch every episode twice anyway), but my first impression was that it looked good but the story lacked vibrancy. It was slow, simplistic and meandering and I'm sure everyone could see where it was all going. As Dr Wolf said in his review, it seemed to be aimed at a younger audience. I just think a special that looks this good needs to be something more than a slice of life episode stretched to three times the length.

    Crusaders of the Lost Mark. Twenty two minutes of utter joy from beginning to end.

    I loved that. It was a good comedy episode with great interactions between Cozy Glow, Chrysalis and Tirek. This late in the series we still get episodes that offer something new and different. A really good song too. I believe this is only the second episode after To Change a Changeling in which there's no appearance from a member of either the Mane Six or the CMC. And along with To Change a Changeling it's the episode in which we see the fewest number of ponies on screen - just Cozy Glow and Rusty Bucket here (if we discount that flashback sequence with Gusty the Great, which doesn't really count since she wasn't animated properly) and just Starlight and Trixie in To Change a Changeling.

    What makes you think she was born in England? She doesn't sound English - she just sounds like an American/Canadian with a slightly affected accent.

    Not my favourite Equestria Girls character (that would be Sunset Shimmer) but I'd still give her ten stars.
